BEST FRAGRANCES RANKED INDIE EDITION ft. Krista & Evan
Hey guys, today I’m joined by the two very amazing power couple of the Youtube channel Modern Scents, and they are going to be ranking some of my best fragrances from the indie category. These fragrances were handpicked from my collection for being some of the best fragrances that I own and some of the most complimented fragrances / colognes as well. I love these fragrances and we’re going to see today if these two agree with my thoughts that these are indeed some of the best fragrances, and their reaction would be the judge if these deserve the spot of most complimented fragrances / colognes or not.

FRAGRANCES MENTIONED
Issara by Dusita Parfum- This one is incredibly relaxing and joyous. It really puts you in a mood to sit down in the shade under a tree and enjoy a nice relaxing cup of tea. One of the best fragrances I’ve ever smelled and one of the most complimented fragrances in a relaxing indoor setting.
Absolute Aphrodisiac by Initio Parfum Privee- This is a dirty and sexy vanilla. It’s sensual in a warm and inviting way yet alluring in the darkest way. Sexual and raw, this fragrance really takes you down a path your brain might not want to go, but also where your heart can’t stop craving it. One of my most complimented fragrances for the winter time, and definitely one of the best fragrances I own to this date.
Period of Time by Natural Teller- This is a really bright letter fragrance. It’s unique and definitely a pleaser many people. Modern smelling, clean, but with a leather edge. This fragrance is perfect for the modern man living in the city who wants something that’s a bit out of the ordinary but still highly appreciated by the people. Most complimented fragrances in work/ urban scenes. Also one of the best fragrances in my collection.
Albatross by House of Matriarch- A fragrance that was inspired by the deep ocean itself. The dark and mysterious unexplored depth brings to us the dark salty sea aroma mix with forest notes of the near shore. This fragrance creates and reimagine what it means to experience the true aquatic manifestation. Most complimented fragrances when in hotter weather conditions. One of the best fragrances and also one of the most unique as well.
Under The Rain by Natural Teller- Ever been in a big city when it rains? The skyscrapers around you, the cobblestone roads, and the light drizzling rainfall. Refreshing and elegantly uplifting. This is a masterpiece of the modern fragrance, and one that can certainly be enjoyed by anyone of any age. One of my most favorite fragrance in existence, and most complimented out of the entire list. One of, if not, the best fragrances for its price range.

2016-10-06 09:34:55These are my favorite samples from the month of September. I sampled many houses this month, including House of Matriarch, Zoologist, Imaginary Authors, Parfum Dusita, Initio Parfum Prive, and many other brands. All the fragrances mentioned in this video are ones that I’ll inevitably buy. They are very phenomenal fragrances, ones that everyone must check out.
FRAGRANCES MENTIONED
- Yesterday Haze by Imaginary Authors- This is a very rich fall fragrance with a sort of dry texture. It really reminds me of smelling pages of an old book. An artistic masterpiece for this year’s cooler months.
- Cape Heartache by Imaginary Authors- Opens up with one of the most beautifully delicious strawberry note that I’ve ever smelled. Delectable, alluring, and very pleasing.
- Absolute Aphrodisiac by Inito Parfum Prive- Most sexual vanilla. Dirty and confident, this scent evokes a pure primal instinct within all of us. Main notes of Vanilla and Musk, make up this unique concoction.
- Magnetic Blend 7 by Initio Parfum Prive- Straight up Musk. The Musk smells a tad bit dirty, reminds me of a wild man, like Tarzan. If Tarzan had his own scent. This would be it.
- Ivory Root by Xerjoff- Vanilla for the modern man, very sexy and inviting. Easy to wear and easy to please. Vanilla mix with subtle spices and woods. You’ll struggle to get a negative comment with this.
- The Maj by House of Matriarch- Hard to describe, it’s very aromatic and extremely well blended. Best way to imagine is to picture a heavy rain on a mildly dense green forest. It’s rich, herby, and enticing.
- Melodie De L’Amour by Parfum Dusita- Gorgeous white floral scent. Strong in jasmine, reminds me of authentic Thai jasmine rice. Deliciously sweet and soft, much like laying in a bed of white flowers.

【《中英聯合聲明》已成歷史文件？國際條約法怎麼看？（下）】
中國近來屢稱《中英聯合聲明》已經是歷史文件，言下之意否認自己仍受此雙邊條約的拘束力。本文嘗試就條約的「無效事由」，來討論中國試圖否定條約效力的主張，究竟有沒有道理。
上文討論到締約代表權限的瑕疵、錯誤、詐欺及賄賂的情形，這些都是讓締約國可以主張條約無效的相對事由。
這些相對無效事由，跟本文要討論的絕對無效事由（grounds of absolute invalidity）最關鍵的差異，在於前者容許受影響的一方當事國主張撤銷條約；而後者的事由若具備，則能夠讓條約自始無效（ab initio）並且不生法效，是相當強勢的規則。
以下將介紹的三個絕對無效事由，都是在二戰結束後才發展出來的新規則，包括對國家的脅迫、對國家締約代表的脅迫，還有違反強行法的情形。
