2016年聖誕禮物來了!

2016.1.01開始,國際海事組織(IMO)將陸續寄出下列"禮物":
(1)依照SOLAS規定:2016.1.01後新造的油輪及化學品船將要求裝設惰性氣體(inert gas).
(2)有關船舶裝載危險品最新修訂的裝載規則
(3)所有油輪要裝設"船舶穩定度顯示儀"
(4)所有船用救生衣要符合"新的測試規定"
