Indeed Singapore definitely has it’s fine wine culture… so fortunate to be able to try those big name time by time. Learning to appreciate fine wine is the process to train the palate, to pay attention to details, and to know the history of the world, ah! So romantic! Love it! 🍷🌹💃

My intention of this post is not to humiliate, nor degrade anyone. But rather hopefully through this experience of mine, it can help highlight, remind, educate all of us . -#respectimagerights

Two nights ago, I got a dm from one of my Singapore fan asking if they are mis-using my photo. Let me just say that in my 15 years of being in the entertainment line, cases of misusing my picture, or any other celebrity’s picture has been countless. We continue to hope and pray that audience will not fall into trap.

The fan showed me a screenshot of a sponsored ad of a property agency, with my family portrait that I took with a photographer friend. The copy didn’t mention my name, but claim that it was another person. I cleared with my photographer friend, and he said he didn’t allow anyone to use the picture nor sold copyright to anyone, and even encouraged me to pursue legal action.

I immediately took the liberty to email the person, introducing myself with proof, and links to my Youtube Channel and FB page. Told him that I was notified of such case, highlighting the concern that his company that they were using my picture without copyright clearance, impersonating as another person with false information. And my main worry is that, people will fall into this false lie especially when Musang King Channel (our youtube channel) have a big portion of Singaporean fanbase.

    And we waited.

The whole of next day, my DM was swarmed with messages from fans asking me about the same thing. But I thought I could give him some time.

When night came, I was informed that he was still running the ad, get this, with multiple version.
I thought it was getting out of hand.
I decided to post story out clarify that we never work with this agency and asked my fans to help remind him to check his email.

You can see part of his response below.

“It is indeed a true story we are using and not any scam, however, our client Shi Xian has yet to send us a picture of his family, so we randomly took a picture off the internet as a temporary picture to launch our campaign during our digital marketing class, we sincerely do not know that the people in the picture that we used are public figures. “

Basically he is saying his story is true, Shi Xian and Cheryl’s story is legit. But the legit couple who enjoyed their service haven’t given him the picture yet. So he “ngam ngam hou” use my picture temporarily because he has to launch his campaign. How he knew I was a public figure.

    I got stunned.
The issue is not if I am a public figure or not.
Using someone else’s picture without approval or copyright clearance is not ok.
Regardless if you were caught or not.

    Stealing is wrong. Period.

I wish you all the best.
Please know the severity of the issue.
I seriously hope that your company, and others will not repeat this ignorant mistake again.

Big thank you to all the fans, artist friends, media for supporting image rights and caring for my situation.
Hopefully we can use this to remind people around us to avoid scammers and from repeating the same mistake.

After my haircut today, I made a special request to my disciple to bring me to Singapore’s Terminal 1 Jewel. I wanted to investigate the Feng Shui here.

If I do not say it, you probably would not know my predictions from last year have came true one by one. So in this year of the Rat, it will be more serious. There will be more problems. Hence after almost half a year of retreat, I specially came out to inspect.

And indeed, in this world, not many people know Feng Shui.

Firstly, when we see the vortex waterfall, in the eyes of the laymen, there is truly beauty in it. But its heartlessness and imposing manner will instead cause chaotic energy fields. It is unable to fill visitors with calmness to get along peacefully. This malefic sound influences the people who come here to get into conflicts easily.

In Basement 2 where Mos Burger and A&W are, there is a pillar in front of every shop, making it an undesirable place. The waterfall reaches here and while it is a beautiful sight, there is a pillar outside every shop. This is a reverse bow.

Moreover, such pillars are domineering, thus the people inside the shops will not be affable.

Thirdly, the exterior of Jewel reminds us of a tourist attraction in Singapore: Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay. This is a problem in itself. But in the Rat Year, the year 2020 of the solar calendar, after 4th of February, I advise you better not.

Singapore still have many other places for you to walk around. You need not necessarily come here. To come and explore a new attraction, only to end up injuring yourself or losing money, that would be unnecessary.

    ...............

The four Han characters 「添丁發財」 are very much adored by the Chinese. They are mainly used to wish newly weds. But I believe that if a non-Chinese understands the meaning behind these four Han characters, he or she will also gladly accept them. Why are these 4 Han characters so well-accepted by the masses? Because after a couple married, children are the new forces of joy who carry on the family line. With these new troops, the couple will have a firm vision for their future, especially for the man, whose fighting spirit will naturally intensify. Moreover, according to the phrase "Wife, Wealth, Descendants, Status", after marrying a wife, wealth will follow along. And after having children, status will come along too.

People who understand Chinese Metaphysics will definitely know why a newly-wed couple must install two table lamps on the sides of their bed. This is a Feng Shui technique, to bless the couple with a noble son soon, i.e. to add a son to the family. A child is a symbol of good fortune. Those with little fortune will find it difficult to conceive. Of course, please do not over-do it because of this reason! You must know, for one person to feed more mouths indeed require greater fortune! However, should an "accident" happen between a couple, and a life is conceived, you must give birth to the child. You must never abort the foetus. Not only will abortion greatly deplete your fortune, it will also be the cause of your future pain and sorrowful misery! Please remember!

Having a newborn is a form of auspicious energy. A place where living humans reside is called a Yang House whereas a Yin House is one where the dead rest. Hence, when a newborn comes knocking, there will naturally be this flourishing energy of growth. This growth and flourishing energy will drive the baleful energies out of the house. This is why we often hear of incidents where someone struck lottery, or got promoted and a raise at work because of a newborn at home. Another viewpoint is one I have mentioned previously, that having a child is a symbol of good fortune, and children is a form of water energies. And the water energy in Feng Shui plays a critical role. Because the water energy brings wealth, just like fish cannot be away from water, Man cannot survive without Wealth.

I, Master Dai Hu, did not just start out yesterday. In the time as long as the age of a young adult, I have used Feng Shui techniques to fulfil the children dream of many people. In Feng Shui, one can absolutely ascertain why a couple remains childless after many years of marriage. For couples wishing to have a child, do not buy a house that is lacking the East and South-East sectors as that kind of house represents a "childless" home. If you have already bought such a house, you must come look for me. I say it so because I know how to transform a "childless" home to one with children. If you know a master who has such an ability, of course, you can engage his/her service, not necessarily me! The Chinese phrase 「添丁發財」 is a well-wishing phrase steeped in Feng Shui knowledge.

Tsuta|World's First Michelin Star Ramen Shop Tsuta

    zhixin:

    Hello everyone I am chacha~
This time is about tasting food that is well known in Singapore!
Recently several stalls in hawker centers have gotten Michelin Star. If I am not wrong, they are chicken rice stall and meatball noodles stall.
Below is a summary of our opnions

    Zhixin
Tsuta shoyu soba soup: sweet and a bit bitter
Tsuta shoyu soba noodles: nothing special
Tsuta shoyu soba char siew: the taste of pork is not as strong as other ramen shops, it has a unique taste

    Overall comment: 4/5

    Chacha’s comments

tsuta shoyu soba soup: sweet and the taste is just nice, perfect. Unlike those that we can find in other shops, it is not too salty and oily

tsuta shoyu soba noodles: indeed you won’t think that it is anything special with your first bite. However, it is quite chewy and reminds me of those handmade noodles I ate when I was young

tsuta shoyu soba char siew:the edge is crispy and the middle part is very soft.

    Overall: 4.5/5
