One of my fav, the cauliflower was tossed in 24 months aged parmigiano-reggiano, toasted pumpkin seeds and garlic chive pesto, perfect start to your meal! Grilled eryngii mushrooms with shoestring potato dressed in Asian tartar sauce and coriander oil was a vegetarian delight, meaty and tasty. Baby scallops in soy shiso dressing and topped with brunoise green apples, jicama, ginger floss and fried kombu was another interesting dish that evening. The soy shiso dressing worked well as a flavor boost and made me a happy gal! Equally impressed with @slate.singapore Grilled Jowl Skewer and Inasal – rice stuffed chicken wings, atchara, chicken oil eaten with shiso calamansi sauce.
