    心智刺激並不等同體能刺激。
    很多人認為"疲累的狗狗才是好狗"但我們知道這是一個謬論來的。
    對，狗隻可能體能上會健康點，但如果我們不能提供足夠的心智刺激，狗狗就會處於身心不平衡的狀態當中。身心平衡是一個很重要的元素，我們需要審視狗狗每天的活動有多少，維持多久及是那類活動？我們可能需要利用更多適合的心智刺激來取代體能刺激。
    今天美麗的春天早上，我們為狗兒提供"尋找小食"的遊戲，雖然天氣有點冷，但周邊的鳥也在唱歌。狗狗的年齡介乎16個月至13歲，你可以看到他們相處和諧及冷靜下享受我們提供的心智刺激活動。

    Mental stimulation is NOT the same thing as physical stimulation. Many preach "a tired dog is a good dog” but we know that to be a fallacy. Yes, dogs get fitter but if not given enough mental stimulation; they will suffer from an imbalance. Balance is the key and we therefore need to look at our daily walk/play routine: how much and how often, what type of exercise? And we may need to replace some of it by more appropriate mental stimulation. ...

    Today's, early morning “treat search” on a beautiful spring day - still a little cool but surrounded by birdsong. The dogs range from 16 months to 13 years old and as you can see are sociably and calmly enjoying this easy to offer mental stimulation.
