    「靜」不只是「沒有聲音」，而是一個心境，是一個越長大，越在喧嘩世情中容易失去的東西。
    每晚躺在床上想睡覺時，閉著眼睛還是看到和聽到世界，腦海停不下來。多渴望找回心裡的平靜，進入「靜」的夢境。
    「聲之靜」是一首音頻治療單曲，在同時執業音樂治療師的陳明憙把曾治療過自己失眠的音叉頻率首次錄進歌曲裡，與Cousin Fung和林若寧共同創造了一個音頻夢境，和同樣失眠的城市人分享這自然療法的舒緩。音頻治療的原理其實是讓人的身心“調音”，調到一個健康的頻率，那就是最接近大自然的頻率。
    大自然一直在用她的能量擁抱著我們，我們只要站在樹下，抬起頭深呼吸，就能感受她獨有的頻率帶領我們找回與她的共鳴，回歸每個人都有的「靜」。

    週五出MV前分享 #聲之靜 《水的記憶》ver 🤍🌊
    水是傳達頻率最好的媒介之一，透過頻率震動創造的水花形狀，我們可以看到頻率的治療效果。好的頻率會把水震動成美麗規整的形狀，這些是之前日本科學家Masaru Emoto透過「Messages from Water」實驗證明過的。所有混亂都可以被頻率淨化成美麗的order。就像宇宙的混亂裡也隱藏著平靜。
    人體大部分都是水分，所以我們每天聽到的頻率對我們身心健康真的非常重要。

    Selalu lepas keluar mandi, atau masuk rumah, atau waktu curi-curi kedapur waktu malam, kaki ini terpijak kereta mainan anak syurga, janama Hot Wheels, mainan tak pecah, tapi kaki korang yang sakit.

    Aduhhhhh..

    Jadi kena buat parking kereta mainan untuk anak anak, modal tak sampai RM10,

    20 minit kemudian, dah siap!

    Anak syurga suka sangat, korang kagum sahajalah dari jauh sambil tonton video ini.
