作品繪畫是梅艷芳最後一次演唱會穿上婚紗獨白的一刻。

夕陽雖然美麗，但是眨眨眼便會過去，若遇良人，請把握分分秒秒，且行且珍惜。

梅艷芳穿著婚紗唱《夕陽之歌》：「奔波中心灰意淡，路上紛擾波折再一彎，一天想到歸去但已晚」

在演唱會的尾聲，她在諾大的體育館，身著婚紗，沒有新郎，她驕傲地掀起頭紗，在數萬歌迷的見證下，把自己嫁給了舞台，成為了自己的新娘。

This painting captures the moment when Anita Mui, who dressed in her wedding gown, gave a speech in her last concert.

The sunset is magnificent yet it comes and goes in an instant. If you are lucky enough to have found your loved one, cherish every moment you share with him or her.

Dressed in her wedding gown, Anita sang her Song of the Sunset –

“In my hurried life, I become dispirited in such a long path full of twists, but when I think about drifting back, it's already too late”.

When the concert came to an end, she proudly lifted her wedding veil in the enormous stadium without a groom. In front of thousands of her fans, Anita married to the stage, and she became the bride of her own.

Friend, the profuse favor of God and good opportunities are in the now! Now is the acceptable time, the time of salvation.

So if we are constantly worrying about the past or the future (outside of the now), it is pointless as there is no favor, help, or blessing there. If you’re living in the past, filled with regrets, there is no favor there. If you're worried about the future, there is no favor there either because you are squandering your “now” moments. Live in the present because this is where God’s favor abounds!

With Beidawu’s Kuaigu lodge and campground not open, we decided to challenge a single-day ascent to Beidawu Mountain. Starting at the new trail head, we had to ascend and descend some 1900m and cover nearly 24km in a single day. We were up at 1:30am and hit the trail at 3:30am. When we reached the summit, fog started to fade away, revealing the breathtaking sea of clouds. We stayed for a while at the top not only because of the stunning view, but also because I was exhausted after a long and grueling hike.

All of a sudden we heard huge cracks of thunder above us so we hurried to hike down. In no time, the heavens opened and it began to pour down. It was raining so hard we were quickly soaked through, making the remaining trip cold, wet and quite scary (also due to nightfall). The descent was the hardest part - pain have already built up in my knees even before the summit, and with each step downhill I felt sharp stabbing pain in my kneecap and on the bottom of my feet. Thankfully we made it down safely and by the time we got back to the new trail head the sun was already up again… The entire trip took us nearly 26 hours to complete.

This short cinematic vlog is proof that we have conquered the 3,092m Beidawu Mountain in a single-day ascent.

【バタポン厚揚げ】
今日は、厚揚げで速攻できる一品『バタポン厚揚げ』を作りました。
厚揚げに調味料をかけて、レンジでたった2分チンでできるので、すぐに食べたい時や簡単おつまみやあと一品欲しいときにめっちゃオススメ！
バターとポン酢に砂糖を少し入れることで、マジでクセになります！厚揚げはコスパもいいので、ぜひお気軽にお試しください。

〈材料〉
厚揚げ　1枚
バター 5g
ポン酢 大さじ1と1/2
砂糖 小さじ1/2
刻みネギ

【Thick fried with butter and ponzu】
Today, I made "Thick fried with butter and ponzu", a dish that can be hurried with thick fried food.
Sprinkle with seasonings and cook in a microwave for only 2 minutes, so it's highly recommended when you want to eat immediately or when you want a simple appetizer or one more item!
Putting a little sugar in butter and ponzu makes it really addictive! Thick fried is cheap, so please feel free to try it.

〈INGREDIENT〉
Thick fried 1 piece
5g butter
1.5 tablespoons ponzu
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Chopped leek

【チーズたまご豆腐〜中華風〜】
以前公開させていただいたレンジで３分で速攻できる『チーズたまご豆腐』の第二弾を作りました！
前回のレシピはかなり多くの方に作っていただいたようで、本当にありがとうございました！
今回は、中華風で鶏ガラスープの素とごま油を使ったレシピです！
作り方は前回同様にめっちゃ簡単！器に盛ってレンチンですぐできるので、夕飯のあと一品にしたりおつまみにしたり夜食にしたり、手軽で美味しいのでぜひお気軽にお試しください。
  
〈材料〉
豆腐 150g
卵 1個
ピザ用チーズ ひとつかみ
鶏ガラスープの素 小さじ2/3
ごま油 数滴
ブラックペッパー 少々

【Cheese egg tofu】
We made the second version of "Cheese egg tofu" that can be hurried in 3 minutes in the range that was released before!
