未來新興職業 (下）

在 2000 至 2020年的 20 年間，Data Science 的發展比預期迅速，造就大量 Data Analyst / Business Analyst 的職位。過多 10－20 年後，這些職位又會再次轉型，成為以下兩項新興職業。

Data Detective

在數據盛行的年代，將會出現一種新職業 － Data Detective (數據偵探)。他會獨立於企業內部的Data Analyst / Business Analyst，協助公司去審查所用數據的真確性、來源是否可靠、尋找另類數據 (Alternative data) 以提供多角度的 Data Insights。例如，傳統上的消費習慣會分析消費者的交易數據、個人資料、財務狀況等，但 Data Detecitve 會建議另類的數據如停車場的衛星圖片和手機 GPS 數據以結合分析，並指出公司會否過份依賴客觀的數據而出現盲點。

同時，Data Detective 會將海量的複雜數據以更簡易的形式表達，未來使用 Data Reporting Tools (如：Tableau, Domo等) 將會成為更普及的 core skills set。

Man-Machine Teaming Manager

人工智能 (AI) 發展到現今階段，除了未得廣泛普及外，在 human-machine collaboration 上的掌握亦不如理想。究竟怎樣才可以在人類與 AI 中取得平衡以達至最大化的效果？部份行業在 AI 上的應用理想，但從事該行業的人才還未成功轉型來配合，令人們覺得自己被機器所取代。在另一邊廂，部份行業因成本問題落後，尚未開始發展 AI 的技術。

同時，在人類與 AI 中所建立的信任亦尚有漫漫長路。始終人類人類情境/語境判斷、好奇心、批判性思維、道德判斷、人際關係上並非 AI 所能取代。但人類與 AI 的分界線至今仍然未能清楚劃清。

Man-Machine Teaming Manager 需負責進行機器學習 (Machine Learning)、項目分工(Task-allocation decision tree)、人機互動 (Human-robot interaction) 等，而當中其中一個主要技能是與時俱進的 UI/UX design。
