    “Inaction breeds doubt and fear. Action breeds confidence and courage.”

    Today was Lauren and Georgia’s first climbing experience. They were reluctant at first but Lauren gave everything a go anyway. Georgia did too at the very end!

    At the first try, Lauren only managed to reach halfway point of one wall. And she went half way on all the other walls. After some encouragement in the form of stickers for her effort, she was keen to climb again. As soon as she hit that first bell, she was unstoppable. She climbed every wall. She didn’t stop when it was too hard. She doesn’t know that the first wall she did was the easiest. In her mind, she’s done it before, she can do it again. And when she has rung all the bells, she tackled the tougher routes, again and again. I’m so proud of her. My little girl amazed me with her perseverance and how strong she is when she puts her mind to it.
