呢間西班牙餐廳之前已經食過，之前去港島嘅2間分店。今次就去尖沙咀H8嘅Espuma，叫咗2款未食過嘅鹹點同打卡甜品。

📍炸洋蔥伴溫泉蛋意大利飯（$128）
Caramelized Onion & Onsen Egg Risotto
意大利飯上枱後聞到好大陣薯片香氣😻，食落先知原來係因為加咗炸過嘅洋蔥🧅。唔單只惹味而且仲有一陣香甜味💕。意大利飯醬汁夠多但唔油膩，飯粒軟腍同時加入大量雜菌增加口感，真係好好食😋。飯中有隻溫泉蛋🐣，可惜煮得熟咗冇流心效果，如果唔係一定會更吸引。

📍蜜糖烤雞薄餅（$128）
Honey Master (Thin pizza dough with chicken, cherry tomato, pineapple, cheese & honey)
Pizza餅底超薄脆，一客6件，唔heavy，Pizza邊仲有啲似薯片😆。落咗大量雞肉🐓、菠蘿🍍、車厘茄🍅、沙樂美腸做toppings，配料夠晒多。另外再加上冇得輸嘅芝士🧀同蜜糖🍯，食落鹹鹹甜甜幾惹味。

📍焙茶朱古力沖繩黑糖窩夫配雪糕（$138/full)
Hojicha Temptation
呢個一睇就知係打卡甜品📸，有一大球綿花糖好吸睛。窩夫🧇做得鬆軟富蛋香，配上2球movenpick雪糕同黑糖醬食落味道更豐富亦更濕潤，另外仲有生果🍊🍓🥝、焙茶醬同蛋糕仔🍰做配料，不過蛋糕仔好普通，拉低左啲分數。

今次覺得佢嘅鹹點有驚喜過甜品，下次要再試下另一款甜食先。

Pasta同Risotto都做得好唔錯🍝口味都好有心思, 例如同蜆好夾既celery powder, 又有鹹鮮十足既煙三文魚配明太子🐟
加埋個雞翼小食🍗柚子酸酸甜甜又多汁, 好開胃😋

Indulging in some self-care this afternoon by treating myself to this super amazing Espresso & Pistachio Gelato that I ordered from @wearetwiceyoung . My first reaction was “wow, this is so good” and I realized I haven’t say for a long time. So creamy, bitter, aromatic and crunchy — a wonderful switch from the usual pistachio only gelato. #musttry

And there’s the chocolate chip cookie butter cookie pie that I’ve looked forward to! It’s sinfully rich and sweet but made such a perfect pairing with the gelato. Can’t wait to try the Hojicha gelato next! 😌👍🏻
