This workout aims to fire up your legs, butt and thighs from every angle to strengthen and increase endurance in your lower body. No equipment needed, no loud thumping jumps and it’s perfect for a small apartment space.

▪️深蹲 Squat
▪️弓步蹲 Split Squat.
👉🏻集中在前腳腿後屁股發力
▪️跪姿扶地挺身 Kneel and stand up
👉🏻膝蓋擺放的位子也會影響難易度🤪
▪️臀橋式 Hip bridge
▪️捲腹 Crunches
▪️反向捲腹 Reverse Crunch
以上動作都可以做15-20下 ,
共做5至6組。

本來是分享給沒有在家徒手運動過的學森🤣🤣

ใกล้สิ้นปี
งานก็ต้องรีบเคลียร์
หุ่นก็ต้องฟิต ต้องสวยรับปาร์ตี้ปีใหม่
ยุ่งกันมากๆ ถึงบ้านก็อยากจะนอนแผ่กันเลยใช่ไหมคะ
•
ไหนๆจะนอนแล้ว เต็นมีท่าออกกำลังกายง่ายๆ แต่ได้ผล เต็นชอบมาก เพราะเวลาที่เราเหนื่อยๆขี้เกียจออกแรง เราก็มาใช้วิธีเกร็งกล้ามเนื้อเอาแทนค่ะ ไม่เหนื่อยมากแต่ได้ผลดีเลย ทำบนพื้นราบแข็งนะคะ ไม่ใช่ที่นอนไม่งั้นเดี๋ยวปวดหลัง

ท่านี้เรียกว่า Hip Bridge ค่ะ
นอนราบ
ยกสะโพกขึ้นให้ลอย
ตัวเฉียง45องศา และเพิ่ม advance เข้าไปโดยการยกขาขึ้นแล้วยกสะโพกเหมือนเดิม
focus ทีละข้าง
เพื่อให้เกิดการเกร็งของก้นมากขึ้น ทำไป10ครั้ง/3เซ็ต ค่ะ

ทำเพลินๆไม่เหนื่อยมาก
แต่ได้ผลดีเลยนะคะ
ทำไปดูทีวีไปก็ได้ เน้นว่าต้องทำอย่างตั้งใจให้รู้สึกถึงความเกร็งของกล้ามเนื้อ ทำให้ครบเช็ตนะคะ
ทำไปทุกวัน
แล้วเพื่อนๆจะสัมผัสได้ถึงความฟิตและก้นสวยๆก็จะตามมาค่ะ
