We first had the fried chicken cutlet fried rice from @Salt.OldAirport during heightened alert as a takeaway meal, and knew we had to head down to the hawker stall in Old Airport Road Food Centre to eat it again. Back for more of their fried chicken cutlet and as expected, it is even better when you have it right away! Love that special marination of the chicken, juicy meat and that fried crispy skin is the real deal!

Here with our favourite auntie and uncle who make the most delicious meepok (fishball noodles).
