Capri 島是意大利南部拿坡里省內一個非常著名的小島，風景極之優美，島上最吸引的景點是世界奇景之一的「藍洞」Grotta Azzurra，而Capri 的地標是沿岸的卡普里奇岩Faraglioni di Capri，位於島的東南方，拿坡里海灣中聞名於世的三座岩石山峰。

三座山峰擁有各自的名稱：
Faraglione di Terra（109米）
Faraglione di Mezzo（82米）
Faraglione di Fuori（106米）

卡布里沙律是選用的了
意大利三色綠白紅的材料：羅勒、水牛奶芝士及番茄，做出一個簡單美味又健康的菜式。這個可以當前菜，亦可以當簡單的二道菜。

材料： 2人用

~番茄 2 個
~mozzarella水牛奶芝士 250 g
-羅勒 （數片）
~特級橄欖油 （2湯匙）
~幼鹽 （適量）
~黑椒碎

做法：

將番茄、mozzarella 切片（約1 cm厚度)及羅勒，用你們的想像力擺盤，然後加特級橄欖油、幼鹽及黑椒碎調味。

CỰC QUANG - có lẽ đây là điều lớn nhất khiến (chúng) mình quyết định tới Iceland, vì khu vực gần thủ đô Reykjavik của Băng Đảo là một trong số ít những nơi có thể có cơ hội ngắm được hiện tượng tự nhiên ấn tượng này.

Nhưng trước khi tới buổi đêm bắt đầu tour săn Cực Quang, mình đã có một ngày rất vui đi chơi xung quanh thành phố. Vui vì được ăn món ăn ngon - súp Cừu truyền thống của người dân Iceland, súp tôm & sò; được ăn no và được ăn với chi phí hợp lý ?.

Đặc biệt, mình đã gặp được hai anh chị người Việt, được hai anh chị đưa ra ngọn hải đăng Grotta ngắm cảnh hoàng hôn và cảm nhận nét đẹp hoang sơ của bờ biển thủ đô Reykjavik.
