「吉他風景線」10/11 星期天
經典名盤 Master in the Studio《 LAGQ Spin 不散的筵席 》

作為銜接20世紀與21世紀最重要的吉他四重奏團體，洛杉磯四重奏成軍於1980年，在作曲家 Andrew York 於1991年加入後邁向巔峰，不但推出的專輯張張叫好叫座、音樂會現場精湛的演奏功力啟發無數的吉他學習者與樂迷，更為這個經典室內樂組合留下了無數創新的曲目。時序到了2006年， York 萌生了退出的念頭，他表示心中有一份想望，驅使他持續往個人音樂領域更深處探索，而這些想法和吉他四重奏成員的身份有諸多衝突，在幾經思考、並取得團員的一致理解支持後，留下最後一張合作專輯「Spin」，而樂團也在加入一位優秀的新夥伴 Mattherw Greif 之後踏上嶄新的旅程。

專輯名稱源自於友人的詩作，敘述著愛總是以各種不同形式圍繞著人們。以此延伸出各種音樂上的發想，使得這張專輯猶如信手捻來，沒有過多的類型標籤、沒有刻意的華麗炫技，指尖樂思一切都如隨心所欲、形散神聚，呈現流暢寫意的音樂風情畫。Andrew York 完成了專輯中多數的創作，以最深的情感，將多年美好情誼寄寓在樂音當中，永久流傳於世，也帶給樂迷無限的不捨。
