很感謝 @spice_cuisine_tw 的邀請！ 從開胃菜、飲料、主食、到甜點特別的棒！每一餐都能感覺到這家餐廳的細心！好吃😋！ 特別喜歡他們家的🍠慢燉奶油紅蘿蔔松露濃湯！🍠 用澄清奶油慢慢燉煮紅蘿蔔，使用三小時小火油封消去紅蘿蔔的青草味只剩紅蘿蔔的甜味。再加入澄清雞高湯把鮮味帶入，最後在加入帕達諾起司。風味鮮美甘醇，滋味濃郁。很好喝！👍👍👍 還有他們家的甜點：🍰紅寶石蛋糕🍰無麩質巧克力蛋糕、莓果醬、紅寶石巧克力甘納許.伯爵巧克力香堤。口感超讚！特別推薦給大家，大家絕對不會後悔！ ps ：這家不是素食餐廳，不過因為我本來吃蛋奶素，所以只能選擇蛋奶素的套餐！非素食的菜單，可以直接看他們家的ig喔 Thank you @spice_cuisine_tw for the invitation! From appetizers, beverages, staples, to desserts that are special! Every meal can feel the attentiveness of this restaurant! Delicious 😋! I especially like their 🍠slow-cooked creamy carrot truffle soup! 🍠 Slowly simmer the carrots with clarified cream. Use a low fire oil for three hours to eliminate the grassy flavor of the carrots, leaving only the sweetness of the carrots. Then add the clarified chicken stock to bring in the umami, and finally add Padano cheese. The flavor is delicious and sweet, and the taste is strong. tastes good! 👍👍👍 There are also their desserts: 🍰ruby cake🍰 gluten-free chocolate cake, berry jam, ruby chocolate ganache. Earl's Chocolate Chanty. The taste is amazing! It is especially recommended to everyone, you will never regret it! ps: This is not a vegetarian restaurant, but because I originally ate ovo-lacto-vegetable, I can only choose the ovo-lacto-vegetable set menu! --香檳香料香水系列--. . . Good to see more self taught chef in the F&B scene!!@thebombayeastindiangirl_14 was from the corporate world and had a deep passion in cooking. Was really excited to try her east-Indian cuisine with slight portugese influence. Some of the dishes were 🤫secret family recipes and only a few people know how to make it!! What’s more the whole dinner was paired with @perrierjouet and some of the vintage ones were HARD TO FIND. The whole indoor space on the second floor was turned into an art paradise. The moment I went in, I was greeted by the @prrierjouet curiosity and a 🍀grassy wall! Ok back to food, our first course was Prawn Bhel (with the prawn cracker) paired with Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs NV. One of my fav that night was the HUMBLE BATATA. It’s the 🐑lamb potato chop, with green tea chutney and kachumber. It’s not oily and the lamb was cooked to perfection. Next we had heirloom 🍅 tomato and burrata paired with Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosé NV. It’s another perfect pairing of freshness and elevation of sweetness of the tomato and creaminess of the burrata. OMG also got to try the Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque 2012 vintage champagne. It’s crisp, with floral notes, and perfectly rounded. For mains, we got to try the pan-fried masala spiced salmon, and East Indian 🐥chicken khuddi. The salmon was definitely MY FAVORITE - crispy skin with tender meat. The use of spice was also on point - already lost track of how many spices she used and prepared herself!! And of course we couldn’t leave before trying her masala chai. 🔸 Castello Romitorio Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 2016🔸 100% Sangiovese. The Flagship for the winery. Vineyards are located in Northwest of Montalcino. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with maceration for 15-20 hours, then in oak for 24 months, then 12 months in bottle before release. After tasing the rosso di Montalcino from the same winery, I felt the huge difference. ( yeah i know it’s not hard to imagine. ahahah just trying to express my impact.) so much deeper/ more decent and more intense. Vivid berry aroma, meanwhile, the herbal/grassy play stronger parts. Tannin is vivid, in an elegant way, not too wild, I believe it’d be velvety in a few years. yeah you might say I opened this bottle too early, but I always am curious to see how it in at least two different times. . 跟同一酒莊的Rosso感覺很不一樣（我知道是廢話啦，只是很想強調感受很深)，Rosso很可愛很juicy，這個Brunello嚴肅好多，好嚴謹好深邃，單寧感充滿口腔，至少是優雅路線，哺粗獷，莓果味香氣也是有，但草本風味好突出，這樣就更期待過幾年的表現了。雖然大家可能覺得太早開，但我就是很喜歡嘗試看看剛剛釋出跟幾年後的感覺，這樣的比較，也是很有樂趣的啊！/ . . #brunello #brunellodimontalcino #montalcino #toscana #tuscany #toscanawine #redwine #vinorosso #winenot #winenotes #winelover #winetasting #italia #italianwine #italianwinery #italianwinelover #wineimporter #winecommunity #castelloromitorio
