Starting my very first food chapter with my fav ATUM's improvisation!! Sometimes dessert might not taste as good as it looks but of coz for ATUM, every single part of the dessert has its own characteristic, whether or not you have a piece of charcoal biscuit or you have it with the yuzu cream, it tastes heavenly!!
Improvisation is a piece of food art, there are all kinds of ingredients: mixed berries sauce, chocolate/ caramel sauce, dried passion fruit bites, matcha mousse etc. The core of it is a nitrogen-made sorbet like ice which in the past it was raspberry n dark chocolate and now it's lemon and orange chocolate. The combination of sourness and bitterness in the centre of this drawing creates a strong contrast in flavour to the sweetness of the sides. Texture wise, I really love the exploding popping candy with the glossy sorbet, silky lime mousse with crispy meringue biscuit, crunchy honey comb n the gooey soft matcha mochi!!
Service is always the best in town. The chef often interacts with customers, asking you what you like n dislike, constructing n painting a personalised one for every single customer. Really really appreciate their concept in making friends instead of "earning money".
Dessert is no longer the last course of a meal , it became the MAIN. Atum is the best place for an enjoyable n relaxing n of course entertaining meal! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
成日都聴人講話靚嘅甜品"睇得唔食得",但係ATUM 嘅 improvisation 就啱啱相反, 望落似價值連成嘅藝術品,食落似米芝蓮3***!!
首先,廚師會親自問你仲意食d咩,之後就開始畫,由焦糖醬,野莓醬開始慢慢畫出線條,之後加熱情果乾,菠蘿乾,柚子cream,蛋白脆餅等等!再加埋焦糖脆脆,抹茶mochi n mousses, 最後加埋檸檬同朱吉力橙嘅nitrogen冰冰(之前係紅桑莓同黑朱古力)!! 一幅大師級制作就完成!!
手機食先是常識吧! 宜家Atum仲有提供自拍神棍,俾你影低每一個歡樂嘅時刻!! 我自已好仲意Atum, 因為服務一流,每一個staff都好友善,有d仲好有幽默感!!
