It looks easy and fun! So I decided to jump on the bandwagon in Japan and try making silk rice cakes. Please watch how I get better and better at it. This is very interesting! The person who discovered it is a genius. (But for the best taste, the best way to eat rice cakes is to bake them normally.)
*recipe*
1.Heat a Teflon-coated frying pan.
2.Press the mochi vertically and bake it while shifting it little by little.
3.Separate from the mochi.
4.Done.
Serve with whatever you like. This time I used millet sugar and soy sauce.

「簡単で楽しそう！」ということで流行りに乗ってシルク餅を作ってみました。だんだん上手になる様をご覧ください。これとっても面白い！発見した人天才だね。（でも美味しさなら餅は普通に焼いて食べるのが一番。）
*レシピ*
１．テフロン加工のフライパンを熱する。
２．餅を縦方向に押し付け、少しずつずらしながら焼き付けていく。
３．餅から切り離す。
４．でけた。
お好みのものをつけていただく。今回はきび砂糖とお醤油です。
