Au revoir Paris. It was 18yrs since I last came to see you, so I had no expectations. I'm glad that although some things have changed, the most beautiful architecture of your city remains the same. In this city I saw beautiful people, impeccably dressed during Paris fashion week, ate plenty - probably too much, but offset that by walking more than I have done in years, I managed to breathe lots of crisp fresh air, gawped at some grand architecture with exquisite craftsmanship, stood in front of a $800m painting, walked through rooms where Napoleon hung out, queued in line at some luxury stores for the first time in my life, sat in many Toyota Prius taxis, developed a flawless French accented "bonjour" and "merci" (well at least I think so!), bought too many coats that I could probably only ever use for one month of the year in HK, and generally sent my credit card into meltdown. It was another great trip and adventure with Mrs Lee.
