As a freelancer, it has so much freedom to do whatever that’s fit on us, but it’s also because of the flexibility, we don’t have the restrictions and always used us as the standard and think what is good for students in our way, sometimes it does created the blockage for students and us that to seek out the potential. I’m lucky enough to be comfortable in this industry in a very short period of time, don’t have to worry about how to look for students and work with a very regular teaching schedule, day by day I started having a lot of fire inside and losing my compassion. I got mad frequently when students couldn’t achieve the standard that I created, a voice in my head always so loud ‘why can’t just do it right?!’. Until one day, one of my private group told me that they wanted to change the style of the class completely as they needed to focus on triathlon training, they wanted to erase everything I have created and mainly focus on stretching...... OMG😱! I feel very struggled and gassed out at the beginning as I was very refused to teach such a simple stuff and really don’t want to waste people’s money just for STRETCHING?! A lot of noise in my head that I don’t want to take the class repeatedly but they were keep coming back 🙈...... with either very fatigue body or injured body sometimes on knees or sometimes on shoulders, therefore a lot of yoga poses they needed to skip. When I look at them, truly from my heart I felt so mad about myself what is the point of my standards in this situation? clearly their body need to be relax more than anything. At that moment I realised asana practice is good, but not everybody need to treat it as priority, some people treat it as accessory, but SO WHAT?! There is nothing wrong about their choice. As long as yoga does help people, just in different ways, it is unnecessary to make everyone feel like practice yoga changed their life as much as mine. In this world, we have different positions in our life, what you think is the best is not always the same as others, we need to be adapted in every situations and be open-minded to whatever situation position us, what we need to do is be aware at what we need to be.

It lies at the heart of the CCP’s strategy to kill off freedom itself in Hong Kong, it serves as a reminder for those still standing for media freedom to hold out as long as possible, and it offers a stark warning to the rest of the world of the dangers of ‘red capital’."
