When crafting the Prestige Edition's upcycled garland of flowers and foliage, William Amor drew his inspiration from Bloom of Rose's composition.

Creating incredibly lifelike flowers reflecting the luminous Bulgarian rose and rich Turkish rose absolute, he then added imaginary flowers, stems and rosebuds in rich shades of pink and red.

Each of the collection's eight garlands requires around thirty hours to complete, spread out over the course of a month depending on the different steps in the creation process, all of which is painstakingly done by hand.

We take for granted that people who live below the poverty line do not mind their plight being published. But Malaysiakini stubbles upon on such family who just wants to be left alone.

There will be no peace for L Ayalandum and her mother G Anjalay. Although close to destitute, living in a shack they call home that was almost blown away by a heavy thunderstorm, all that they want is to be left alone.

Ayalandum needs to work to earn her RM30.0 to RM40.00 a day tying flower garlands at various Hindu temples. But the constant media attention ever since their plight was featured and the many 'good samaritans' coming offering help, have caused them much despair. She cannot afford to be late for work too frequently to attend to these visits.

Her mother, has become more reclusive as media attention also brings along the unwanted attention of neighbourhood children who steal things from their shack, apparently just for the hell of it.

MIC Youth have come to their aid. They say that a proper roof will be constructed for the shack. An NGO is giving them food assistance.

For Ayalandum and her mother Anjalay there have been too many promises. They will appreciate help and to be left alone.
