🔺𝙄𝙉𝙂𝙍𝙀𝘿𝙄𝙀𝙉𝙏𝙎🔺
Beef brisket x 500g
Tomato x 5
Cooking wine x 1 Tbsp
Spring onion x a bit (for garnishing)
🔺Sauce🔺
Sugar free ketchup x2 tbsp
Stevia x 1 tbsp
Soy sauce x 1tbsp

🔸𝘿𝙄𝙍𝙀𝘾𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉𝙎🔸
◾️Cut the tomato into big cube
◾️Blanch the brisket with cooking wine
◾️Heat the pot with oil, fry the brisket for 1 min
◾️Add in the tomato
◾️Add enough water in the pot till it covers the ingredients
◾️Cook it over medium small heat for 40min (25min for pressure cooker) @wmf .
◾️Add in the sauce and boil it for another 5m (don’t cover it)
◾️Garish with spring onion
💬If ur not on diet, this dish is a perfect match for noodle/ rice/ macaroni 🍚The Hong Kong vibe 🇭🇰😉

牛腩 x 500g
番茄 x 5個
紹興酒 x 1 Tbsp
葱 x 隨喜好(最後放在湯上)
🔺醬汁🔺
無糖番茄醬 x 2Tbsp
甜菊堂 x 1 Tbsp
豉油 x 1Tbsp -
🔸做法🔸
◾️切蕃茄至方形
◾️牛腩加紹興酒飛水
◾️熱鑊落油 先炒牛腩1分鐘
◾️加入蕃茄
◾️注入清水至剛好蓋過食材
◾️中小火煮40分鐘 (壓縮煲15-20分鐘) @wmf .
◾️加入醬汁再煮5分鐘 (不要蓋著它)
◾️灑上蔥花
