那天看到有代购可以买到 Yohan Hot Breads £ Cake House 的这个 #彩虹格子虎皮蛋糕 & #NyonyaSteamPandan，那个格子很像小时候吃过的，但现在几乎没蛋糕店在卖了，想说通过代购买一些回来try看，没想到真的好吃到没朋友啊!! 满满童年回忆一涌而上~ 😋😋😋😋

这家Yohan在怡保已经有近40年了，是许多怡保人的集体回忆，肯定不少怡保人的生日蛋糕🎂都是来这里购买的!! 我们这次买了7款蛋糕，每一款都Special又好吃!!

🍰 #彩虹虎皮格子蛋糕
外层有着好像虎纹那样，好看又Special!! 中心还有色彩格子蛋糕，印象中小时候有吃过，但因为这种蛋糕工序复杂，买少见少了!! 吃着吃着，小时候的回忆都涌上来了~

🍰 #娘惹班丹蒸蛋糕 & #芋泥蛋糕
一青一紫，明显就是Pandan & Yam了，不过2种风味全然不同但共同点就是好吃到停不下来!! 尤其放进冰箱，让蛋糕变得冷冷时候拿出来吃，Fuyoh....真的是好吃到没朋友!! 上层有点像布丁的口感，下层又有蛋糕的蓬松感，真的很后悔买太少了，一盒一下就完了！

🍰 #Cempedak蛋糕 （季节性）
盒子一打开，小晶就说Fuyoh....那个Cempedak香味太浓郁了!! 蛋糕中间还真的夹着真正的Cempedak果肉，吃起来香甜很有Cempedak味道，但又有蛋糕蓬松口感~

🍰 #日式蓬松芝士蛋糕
本来没想要Order，因为看起来有点像台湾鸡蛋糕，不过还好最后Order 2盒了，因为....太...好...吃...啦!! 放进冰箱再拿出来吃时，Texture有点湿湿带绵密，一口咬下去那个Cheese味道满满塞到嘴里了，有点类似北海道Le Tao的感觉，满满幸福感啊~

🍰 #黑芝麻蛋糕 & #全麦蛋糕
要比较健康的话可以try黑芝麻或全麦蛋糕，属于比较轻口味蛋糕。据说黑芝麻是使用台湾进口的黑芝麻粉+黑芝麻酱；而全麦是使用全麦Nestum + Oat，吃起来还有阵阵Nestum香味~

所有蛋糕都是新鲜制作，所以冷藏在冰箱的话，最好是5-7天内吃完哦~
