- ada hospital mama kena bagi pad/ panties tp kat sini mama dipakaikan pad bertali lps siap operate.. nanti dah masuk wad baru tukar sendiri..

- bawak baju, bedung bertopi/ napkin+ topi, mitten n booties.. alat2 mandi baby takyah lagi.. nurse mandikan baby (bergantung pd hospital)

☑️ penting sgt bawak extra pampers newborn dan wet tissue..
**fafa emergncy czer, baby jaundice so kena duduk wad 4 hari, baby 5 hari..baju bawak 2 pack mcm gambar tu je.. tp dah siap2 pack baju extra tnggalkan kat rumah..

kalau boleh discharge day 1 alhamdulillah.. kalau kena berkampung, nnt minta je mak/ suami bawak baju yg kite dah pack kat rumah tu.. xyah la bawak banyak2 dr awal.. penuh beg je nanti 😁

CHECKLIST mother and baby's maternity items to the hospital.. for future reference 😁 the other day I don't know what to bring.. baby first right.. nah.. if you're back at the hospital you can share what you need to bring

Baby stuff
☑️labour room
- can provide clothes, pampers, and bedung.. but fafa haritu nurse ambik pampers baby je.. bedung guna hospital has it..
- there's a hospital that mama has to give pad / panties but here mama is wearing a string pad after operating.. when she's in the ward then she'll change herself
☑️ day 1 / back
- bring clothes, bedung with hat / napkin+ hat, mitten and booties.. baby shower tools are no longer needed.. nurse bathed baby (depends on the hospital)
☑️ extra towels, handkerchief, napkins
☑️ it's very important to bring extra newborn pampers and tissues..
** fafa emergncy czer, baby jaundice so had to sit in the ward for 4 days, baby 5 days.. the clothes brought 2 packs like that picture.. but it's ready to pack extra clothes left at home..

If you can discharge day 1 alhamdulillah.. if you have to go to the village, you'll ask mom / husband to bring the clothes that we've packed at home.. don't have to bring much from the beginning.. it '

☑️ most importantly maternity pad.. fafa buys 2 types.. madame and free.. the freese looks like pampers but not pampers ye.. it pads the underwear 😁. but personally, fafa is more comfortable using madame and disposable panties.. for those fat thighs like iolss can buy pureen disposable maternity panties.. very comfortable and big.. operate sewing is also preserved.. huhu.. already done Even when you go home, you still wear this disposable while you want to give dry wounds because it's thin and comfortable

☑️ the breast pad is not important for the beginning because there's no milk, but after day 3 the milk is abundant, the breast pad is needed..

How to make Matcha Ice Cream

☞ Container size: at least 800ml
☞ To freeze mixing bowl 12 hours before

✎ Ingredients
heavy cream 250g
sweetened condensed milk 170g
milk 50g
IPPODO matcha powder 15g

✎ Instructions
1. Sift the matcha powder.
2. Add milk into the matcha powder and mix well until it becomes the paste form.
3. Add condensed milk into the matcha paste, slowly incorporating the mixture until smooth. If there are too many lumps, sift it.
4. Pour the cold heavy cream into a freese mixing bowl, whip the cream on medium high speed until almost stiff peaks, be careful not to over whip.
5. Gently add the matcha mixture into the whipped cream, whip on low speed until the mixture becomes thick and airy.
6. Transfer the mixture to an 800~1000ml metal container and freeze for 4-6 hours.
