【家庭醫學】~ 壓力 和 綠色運動 (green exercise)

喜歡戶外運動的人，最近這個月應該悶壞了吧？沒有走進自然，是不是覺得壓力山大呢？主要是缺乏了綠色運動。

註：「綠色運動」是指在自然環境中進行體能活動。
大家都知道，運動可以提供身體和心理的健康益處。
且有充分的證據顯示，在自然環境中運動，可以減輕壓力並提高應對壓力的能力，減輕精神疲勞並提高注意力和認知功能。

不過現在疫情期間，大家減少出門，很多近的公園綠地也都封閉起來了...是要怎麼去綠色運動呀？

在2005年有篇研究（文獻1），讓受試者在跑步機上運動，分別放四類不同的圖片 （都市、郊區；宜人、不適）給受試者看；再於測驗前後去量測血壓及心理量表。發現光是這樣在室內跑步機上，看著宜人的風光，就可以讓血壓下降也減輕壓力。

所以我覺得如果在家使用跑步機或踩飛輪/訓練台，如果沒有虛擬實境的戶外美景，也可以配合看一些風景優美的影片，一樣可以收到舒緩壓力的效果。（運動時，就不要看一些壓力會上升的新聞台或是吵來吵去的政論節目吧）

如果接下來疫情相對穩定，都會區的公園綠地重新開放，可以去草地上走走動動；根據瑞士的研究 （文獻3），即便是在都會區的公園綠地運動，也一樣有緩解壓力的效果（有87%），還有52%的受試者頭痛會減輕。
而且中高強度的運動，舒緩壓力的效果會更好唷（慢跑、騎車、打球，會比單純散步或放鬆，效果更顯著）。

接下來，當疫苗的普及率上升，就可以更深入山林了；依據日本的一篇研究（文獻2），森林浴（Shinrin-yoku）可以舒緩急慢性的壓力，剛好適合悶了那麼久的人們，來把累積許久的慢性壓力好好釋放出去。

〖題外話〗

升三級警戒之後，能不能爬山就成為山友間常常爭論的問題。

支持的人會說：我們就少少人一起去，全程戴口罩，也不去公告禁止進入的山區或生態保護區；難道這樣都不行嗎？在野外，比去百貨公司/大賣場人更少，空氣更流通，不是很安全嗎？如果真的要管那麼多，那直接宣布四級警戒，封城封一封好了⋯⋯

我個人是比較保守啦，人在戶外跑，總會有意外；特別是疫情已經進入社區感染階段，不知道有多少無症狀感染者在身旁，可能就是和你同行的山友，甚至是自己，如果有個意外要尋求救援，那相關的救難人員是不是要全副武裝，避免感染風險？

如果真的受不了要去野外走走，找個危險性低，路程不長的，即便受傷還是可以自行撤退的路線吧；如果真的想不到有什麼路線，那找個人少的產業道路，車停了在附近走一走，感受一下自然就好吧。

不然至少也等相關的警消醫護，大部分都已接種二劑疫苗後⋯⋯比較不會害到要來救你的人。

再退一百步來說，去年全球疫情那麼嚴重的時候，我們已經多爽了一年，大家山應該都沒少爬；現在雙北三級剛滿月，全省還沒滿一個月，這樣都忍不住，那我也無話可說。（反正會想出去的，別人講什麼也不會聽⋯⋯只希望大家早點打到兩劑疫苗，減少重症風險。不要發生入山變出山的慘事）
