So, here’s the truth of it. 40 weeks of baby development can be and feel and even look so so sexy while you know there’s a baby in your womb and you’re creating a life. Once that baby is out and about and partying hard at night, though, suddenly your body doesn’t feel so sexy anymore.
好的。不想聽的話來了。你花40個禮拜的時間來“製造一個寶寶“，過程中有時候真的會覺得好幸福，甚至你會覺得自己好性感。肚子很好摸。但，寶寶一出生然後晚上在房間不睡覺開趴的時候，你看到自己的身材會突然覺得一點也不性感了。

There’s saggy bits, there’s wrinkles, there’s stretch marks, there are things flapping around that never flapped before. Ladies---- You WILL still look pregnant. I magically grew another two butts (which you’d THINK would be a good thing, but nope…) Boobies are probably looking AMAZING, but even that comes with the challenge of what to do with these new sets of udders.
有鬆鬆下垂的一坨一坨，有皺紋，有好多新的妊娠紋，有不該飛來飛去的肉。。。在飛來飛去。 女人們，你。看。起。來。還。是。會。像。在。懷。孕！我的屁股多了兩個（不是好事變翹的那種）。胸部，哇噻！很漂亮喔。。。 很大，很挺，很豐滿。。。但是，到底要怎麼使用這組新的ㄋㄟ ㄋㄟ啊，又要開始跟它戰鬥了。

我找到那時候生Egan的產後身材。也跟你分享我生Dylan的產後身材。看的出來比起上一次，我這次到處都更鬆鬆垮垮軟軟的。比較多Dylan忘記帶走的“行李“。

Anyway, this is just a quick reminder (to you and to myself!) that it took us 9-10 months to create a new life, so don’t be too hard on yourself when after you deliver a baby, your body is looking like it does. It will take time to heal, to recover, to rebuild, to tighten up again, and to become a new version of your old body.
最後，這是一個溫馨的提醒(給你跟我自己！）我們花了快10個月的時間創造新生命，所以不要對自己太嚴格。生完小孩也是要對自己好一點。你會需要時間治癒，恢復，重建，再次變緊實，讓身體變成2.0新版本。

媽媽們，加油！爸爸們，鼓勵一下你寶寶的媽媽囉！

🙌🏻From 4 to FIVE of us now! Everything seems so surreal, omg! Personally, i'm still in a dazed on what had just happened 3 days ago.

But my (aftermath) pain, aches, cracks, and fatigue reminds me that we have finally got thru the most scary part of the waiting game - labour!

So I took the epidural and went shivering for over 10 hours just to get dilated after being induced from 2cm. Had intense contraction since 9am in the morning on 30 june. This was the first time, my epidural works liked magic! It only took less than few mins to find the hole thru my bones. From my previous labour i had 45mins of pain just to get the epidural in and it was sweat (doctor) and tears (me).

And this was my first time not feeling any pain while pushing, i mean how smooth can the process be? Though i admit it was harder to push as i dont get the urge to, but still my hub say we managed to within 4 to 5 long and hard pushes (not easy hor). And everything else was just history while i enjoy our first 2 hours of skin to skin #precious moments.

Its only after the epidural wears off then i realized, my right pelvis hurts and its difficult to walk but i still try to make my way down the bed on the 2nd day. Struggling liked a over flapped turtle just to go to pee. Adding on the cracked nipple pain (mei mei mouth so small la) , every latch is extricating pain so it was breastmilk and nipple cream for the rescue 💪🏻 #healing the skin while latching every 1 to 2 hours is no joke man. Even for this 3rd time mama, some pain is really unspeakable 🤦‍♀️😭. But i know i need to endure this! Plus now with the milk kicking in. Im waddling at home with two hard rocks 😂 seeing our princess well and fed is more important than my little suffering #partandparcel of motherhood ya!

Figuring out how to handle 3 kids at the same time, will be overwhelming for us im sure, especially daddy who havent gotten his rest from day 1 of labour and being my confinement "man". Really appreciate his efforts.. We love u @der_rick!

South Africa's deaf community on Wednesday accused the sign language interpreter at Nelson Mandela's memorial of being a fake, who had merely flapped his arms around during speeches.

DeafSA, South Africa's leading deaf association, condemned the presence of the unknown man at the memorial to Mandela attended by President Jacob Zuma and scores of world leaders including US President Barack Obama.

While dignitaries were addressing the crowd in the 95,000-seat Soccer City stadium, the young suited man with an official security pass round his neck produced a series of hand signals that experts said meant absolutely nothing.

"He's a complete fraud," said Cara Loening, director of Sign Language Education and Development in Cape Town. "He wasn't even doing anything, There was not one sign there. Nothing. He was literally flapping his arms around."

The interpreter, who translated US President Barack Obama's speech, looked as if he was "trying to swat a few flies away from his face and his head".

"The deaf community in South Africa are completely outraged and nobody knows who he is," added Loening. "We can't find a name or anything. The organisations who have accredited interpreters do not know him at all."
