EVER FAKE IT? There's a term thrown around quite a bit: "imposter syndrome." The way I define it is YOU ALWAYS SCARE of something, somebody will reveals that all your hardworks are FAKE. (But IT IS YOUR HARDWORK, YOU DESERVE IT!) The good news is I've found there are 3 things you can do to help yourself overcome the feeling of being an imposter. 1️⃣, Talk about it: When you have something going on inside you, dont afraid to share it with your loved one, your friends. It will help you with your burden when you're free from feeling alone. I had to learn this the hard ways, and trust me, whenever you decide to speak up, everything will change! 2️⃣, Vizualize success: It do really help to boost your confidence. Before any event, like presenting in front of the whole class, proposing to the girls you love, or Testing Your 1RM. Think about what will happen? How will Your BEST SELF handle it? How do you feel like when you answered all the questions of the class, the girl say yes to you or You hit that PR you always wanted to achive! It's awesome, right? Yes, this also apply to the long term goal. When you picture your self in a 6-packs-body after months of hardwork, you will be ways more motivated to get your ass out of the coach and start taking the leap. 3️⃣, Fake it until You make it: I learned this from my Greatest Professor, Joyce Bloom. It's not about faking everything. The point of the worn-out phrase, fake it til you make it, still stands: Don’t wait until you feel confident to start putting yourself out there.
