#Throwback Tasted the elegant red wine from 2600m above sea level from Shangrila, Yunnan, China! Very happy to chat with #MaxenceDulou , Estate & Technical Director, Ao Yun again via one on one zoom tasting & tried the new vintage Ao Yun 2017 together! Since its inaugural 2013 vintage, the blending composition has been fine tuned every year to showcase the style of the terroir! With Cabernet Sauvignon as the main grape variety, it is also blended with Cabernet Franc, Syrah & Petit Verdot. 2% Merlot has been added for the first time in 2017 vintage. It’s quite shy to show its aromas in the beginning and it takes about 2 hours’ breathing to start showing its characters, the tannins are silky with a sweet note, it’s elegant with roses, purple flower, blueberries, concentrated blackberries, toasty, elegantly herbaceous, tobacco leaf, spices & licorice notes. It has good acidity with long finish. It’s a high quality wine with about 40k bottles only. If u like Bordeaux style red wine, you’ll be surprised by this bottle! Cheers! 🥰🍷

Kelab Hoki Ais Johor Darul Ta'zim (JDT) telah melancarkan logo baharu, jersi dan memperkenalkan skuad itu pada sidang media di Ibu Pejabat JDT di Stadium Sultan Ibrahim hari ini.

DYAM Mejar Jeneral Tunku Ismail Ibni Sultan Ibrahim, Tunku Mahkota Johor menzahirkan kesungguhan untuk meningkatkan profil sukan tersebut di Malaysia dan pada masa yang sama mengembangkan jenama JDT dengan lebih luas.

Gelanggang hoki ais akan dibina di Iskandar Puteri, Johor sementara akademi akan dinaiktaraf untuk melahirkan lebih ramai lagi bakat. Kelab Hoki Ais JDT juga akan menghasilkan barangan untuk dijual kepada orang ramai.

Kejohanan pertama akan disertai Kelab Hoki Ais JDT adalah Weekend Warriors League, sebuah liga domestik pada bulan Jun. 10 pemain telah dikenal pasti dan ditandatangani oleh kelab. Allah Peliharakan Sultan.

JDT ICE HOCKEY CLUB UNVEIL LOGO & JERSEY

Johor Darul Ta'zim (JDT) Ice Hockey Club unveiled a new logo, jerseys and announced the squad at a press conference at JDT Headquarters at Sultan Ibrahim Stadium today.

HRH Major General Tunku Ismail Ibni Sultan Ibrahim, Crown Prince of Johor expressed an eagerness to raise the profile of the sport in Malaysia and at the same time expand the JDT brand into new territories.

An ice hockey rink will be built in Iskandar Puteri, Johor while the academy will be fine-tuned moving forward to unearth more talent. JDT Ice Hockey Club will also produce merchandise for sale to the public.

JDT Ice Hockey Club's first tournament will be the Weekend Warriors League, a domestic league in June. 10 players have already been identified and signed by the club. Allah Peliharakan Sultan.

Above & Beyond’s first original collaboration single since 2010 (for those playing at home, that was ‘Anphonic’ with Kyau & Albert) sees the production powerhouse of Jono Grant, Tony McGuinness and Paavo Siljamäki link up with prolific San Franciscan, Spencer Brown.

‘Long Way From Home’ featuring the vocals of RBBTS (Anne Kalstrup & Hendrik Burkhard) is a gentle, melancholic wave of undulating melodies, underpinned by the quartet’s rounded, dancefloor-ready sound. Debuted at Above & Beyond’s Group Therapy 300 celebrations in Hong Kong, the song considers the experience of loneliness that besets many touring artists. Aptly, the first sketch of the track was laid down by Paavo and Spencer in a Melbourne hotel room - a very, very long way from home.

Says Paavo, “Both Spencer and myself know all too well what it's like being a touring musician.
Filled with totally amazing, high moments, but also lonely moments in hotel rooms far away from home. We'd both been travelling for hours feeling somewhat lost and lonely and ended up spending the day together talking about it all. Later that night, we found ourselves making a song about it all in a makeshift hotel room studio”

Spencer Brown has just finished a world tour with Above & Beyond, playing direct support to crowds across North America, Australasia and Europe. A star on the rise, Spencer is already a mainstay on Above & Beyond’s Anjunabeats imprint. The prolific 24 year old released his debut artist album, ‘Illusion Of Perfection’, on the label earlier this year.

Says Spencer, “ “Dream on little dreamer." A message that rung in my head after seeing Above & Beyond, as a fan, in 2014. After signing my music with Anjunabeats in 2016, our musical and personal relationship deepened. We’ve toured the world together. Now, we’ve penned this song - drawing deep from our hearts - about the crazy lives we lead.”

平行リンクを使ったダボ穴冶具。ワークの厚さに関係なく、ど真ん中にダボ穴を開けることができます。

類似の物もありますが、調整機能がないので冶具精度が工作精度に依存してしまします。そこで、微調整できる構造に改良してみました。

調整機能のおかげで加工精度が悪くてもピッタリ一致するダボ穴を作ることができますよ。


【注意点】
1）動画では調整をねじで行っていますが、硬い木材を加工するとズレる事が判明。なので接着してしまったほうが確実だと思います。

２）木工用ドリルを使うとトルクが大きく、冶具の剛性不足により歪みが発生。ピッタリ一致したダボ穴が開きません。
鉄工用ドリルを使うと改善しました。

I made a jig that can accurately process dowel hole.
Dowel hole jig using parallel link. Regardless of the thickness of the workpiece, you can open a dowel hole in the middle.

There is a similar youtube movie, but because there is no adjustment function jig accuracy will depend on the work precision. Therefore, I tried to improve the structure that can be fine-tuned.

Thanks to the adjustment function you can make dowel holes that match exactly even if the processing accuracy is bad.


【important point】
1) In the movie, the adjustment is done with screws, but it turned out to be shifted when hard wood was processed. So I think that it is better to bond them.

2) When using a drill for woodworking, the torque is large, and distortion occurs due to insufficient rigidity of the jig. Perfectly matched dowel hole does not open.
I improved using iron drills.
