💡你也WFH嗎？滿好奇大家對遠距/在家工作的想法！

今天看了篇報導：「經過一整年的新冠肺炎疫情與遠距在家上班後，美國勞工部最新統計顯示，400萬名員工遞出辭呈，創下20年來的新高。」這些員工離職的背後原因有二：
1️⃣發現很多事情不是非得在辦公室才能完成。
2️⃣體悟YOLO（You only live once 人只活一次）的道理。

我想，不僅後疫情時代，未來幾年的工作環境也將改變。沒有經歷過遠距工作的人，很難理解這種模式，甚至不覺得這是一份「工作」。

大學畢業後沒多久，我有派駐廣州的工作機會。那時和同事將租屋處客廳打造成簡易辦公室，與台灣長官都是線上開會，上下班不用打卡，每天照自己的專案進度，還要寫工作日誌。

當時工作壓力其實很大，但我也初嚐到遠距工作的甜頭，開始懂得怎麼過生活。總問自己，「人生能有多少次這種機會？」所以喜歡旅行的我，一到假日就會出門，除了玩遍廣州，還去過深圳、珠海、張家界和澳門。這段經歷影響我很深，再加上近幾年面臨一些挑戰和變故，遠距工作已是必然，YOLO更是我的信念。

4年前和親戚到加州Morro Bay過了很棒的週末假期。臨海小鎮的生活步調很悠哉，有長得很霸氣的仙人掌，還看到超多很萌的海瀨。那時在美國東部工作的表哥正計畫搬到德州生活。看他一直旅居各地，一台電腦就能工作，英文又很厲害，我就默默許願，將來就是要成為像他一樣的大人！雖然還有很多不足，但現在的我正一步步朝理想生活前進。
