半夜睡不著想說帶著裁判制服去我的撞球教室拍點明天要上課的素材，結果就不小心把制服BROLL起來了😂 為什麼每次要拍AROLL都變BROLL呢？🤔 - Couldn’t sleep so I brought my referee’s attire to my pool room so I can shoot some material for my class tomorrow. Instead, I was fiddling around with some b-roll of the attire. 🤣 Why is it that every time I try to shoot an A-ROLL, it ended up being a B-ROLL？ #brollchallenge ——— PS: 有興趣來當撞球裁判的可以私訊我唷～

Sharing most of my recorded sets from tonight’s training It was a good mindful one that went according to plan I warmed up for 15 mins and did rehab for one hour before my workouts It primed all of my muscles and by tye time i got to my compound lifts all my muscles were activated 😬 I could feel my adductors my quads and hammies in my deadlifts, squats later and im so grateful that i stuck to plan Today was also almost the first time i could feel the push in my legs most during my deadlifts esp the paused ones and sumos last two sets I’ll post how i warmed up and whAt rehab work im doing in next post cause I recorded all Sets as follows in order of slides Workout began with rings and continued with rehab and deadlifts and squAts last 1️⃣ 70 kg *6 @rpe8 i think 😬 (unhappy with the form or the set in general but not too bad there Are many things im working on to improve these) 2️⃣ 4* 62.5 kg paused sets *5 @ rpe6/7 😅 took 2-3 mins rest - so really happy with this set - it was last set 3️⃣ 3*52.5 kg sumo deadlifts sets @rpe? Haha i did sumos after ages so please excuse my form i needed to look up the form honestly before doing them and after a first trial cause it felt so weird to have my hands between my legs and rubbing on the thighs when i locked out almost made me feel like it wasn’t supposed to be that way 🤣 But this set was good (last set) 4️⃣ Front view of an ugly set - excuse my grip - im not supposed to infold my hands and keep fiddling with tge grip but it was slipping 🤣 I did sumos after a decade but im including them in my next 8 weeks cycle 5️⃣ Squats are so bleh atm cause of my right leg but goung to stay patient and grounded and keep weights at max 57kg to keep them moving better (also my shoulder imbalance is most visible in my squats 😭😭😭😭) 4 sets 57.5-55 kg *5/6 according to how i felt Im not following an program particularly strict for squats cause this is where it needs work with my rehab@and im doing what i can now 6️⃣Front view of 62.5 kg paused set (third set i think) 7️⃣ squats at 55 kg last ugly set 8️⃣9️⃣🔟 fuckery and baby abs 🤣🤣 I will share wArm ups and rehab work tomorrow

Spending spring in Japan for the first time in almost 3 years! The last time we got to see the cherry blossoms was during our maternity photo shoot when Pudding was in my tummy! Crazy how much she’s grown!   春を日本で過ごすのは3年ぶり！きれいな桜を見れました🌸 前回お花見したのは、プリンがお腹にいた時のマタニティフォトの撮影！こんなに大きくなったなんて、信じられない！  Every time I tried to pose with Pudding for a photo, she’d run away so holding her was the best way! Putting her on my shoulders also worked pretty well until she started fiddling with my hair and face. Not the lashes lol Swipe!  プリンと写真を撮ろうとするとすぐ逃げるのでw 重いけど、抱っこが一番〜 肩車も結構いい方法と思ったら… 上から髪の毛とか顔をベタベタ触ってきましたw ちょっと！！つけまつげ💦 2枚目🤣
