我好愛這本繪本，最早入手是英文版，後來發現有中文版，也早早入手；這陣子陸續分享近期出版的中譯版繪本，想了想，怎麼可以忘了之前出版的中譯版繪本呢! 也不要侷限出版時間吧，把喜歡的都分享，就在找尋Too Shy for Show and Tell的中譯版時，發現似乎是絕版了???? 有些網路書店根本搜尋不到，有些是顯示絕版或是書到通知......哇哇哇....(還好有收藏)...
Sam is a quiet little boy, and no one knows very much about him. But when it is Show and Tell day at school, Sam has to tell the whole class all about his favourite thing and it is not nearly as scary as he thought.

之前在直播常跟粉絲朋友推薦書籍，想在podcast多聊聊我對這些書籍的心得，所以之後會常跟大家做分享喔！
今天這集想聊聊這陣子很喜歡閱讀的書籍《脆弱的力量》-布芮尼．布朗博士
我因為時常感到脆弱，所以對這個議題很有興趣，我摘取濃縮了一些重點：
什麼是脆弱？脆弱會如何呈現？脆弱如何展現力量？
脆弱其實是對於未知的恐懼，不安、焦慮，極需同情與歸屬感。
我們害怕被人發現真實，感到自卑，覺得自己不夠好，因此被扼殺了生產力、創造力，我們自己就是最大的敵人，如果我們能意識到自卑，就能意識到自己內心的強大，我也正在學習將自卑轉換成同理心，對自己展現同理心，包容自己的不完美，因為世上從沒有完美，放自己一馬吧！

我們在日常試著學習：
1. 讓自己的脆弱和不完美被看見
2. 學習勇敢去愛
3. 練習感恩的習慣
4. 勇於求助

讓脆弱展現力量，你就能更強大！
不論脆弱與否，我們都要閃閃發光！
