#hongkong can be so incredibly, breathtakingly beautiful. Fantastic day out with friends, getting #seafood from #apleichau market then going to #lammaisland. It felt like a very short holiday to some far-flung place but it was less than 10 minutes by boat from #hongkongisland. The guys - @davidtlai @richardhchan @meatchelin @chocoluuballu - bought the seafood and organised the meal while @cosmic_dot @kcf.4ev21 Peggy, dave snd i sat back and ate! #ilovehongkong

Fun fact: What is the etiquette for afternoon tea☕️? Finish the sandwiches first with fingers and not cutlers! I also love their crunchy potato croquette and mini crusted quiche! Classic but utterly moreish! Next, I’ll always look for the fresh baked scones with clotted cream and jam in a quintessentially English afternoon tea. Vivienne Westwood’s scones are relatively tiny. Would be happier if I can get more 😛 (but offering less will always make you want more! 😏😏 ) After the savory selection, I indulged my sugar cravings with exquisite selection of miniature desserts. The chocolate tart is my favourite! I like how the bitter-sweet dark chocolate pairs perfectly well with the passion fruit.
