First saw @eaterries having these 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐄𝐠𝐠 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬 from @microbakerykitchen and they looked too beautiful to resist, then saw @culivinary 's review that these absolutely slaps (new word omg🙈) so ... bought some for the fam and myself to try! ❗️Only available on weekends btw✨ Ok honestly i thought the sourish zing in the crust from the sourdough was pretty evident for me - not overwhelmingly strong but not something i was accustomed to in my egg tarts😹 so i can't say i'm a fan and it was tad greasy for me - but hey tastes are subjective so give it a go, for all you know you might like it! 😊 For the record everyone else who tried were ok with it and in fact @happyhoneywaltz whom i shared this with quite fancied it, i didn't expect her to since i know she's not a super fan of sourdough haha 🙈 I liked the egg custard though - its pretty light and mild, neither too custardy nor eggy and its very silky😌 Decided to get a 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐳𝐞𝐥 to try too.
