看來沒人看出我之前的那篇所貼出中國電信光纖供裝線路的意義.

我趁還沒去剪頭髮時,來亂入一下 CDP/NDP/EDP/LLDP 好了.

CDP = Cisco 所提出的
NDP = Nortel 所提出的
EDP = Extreme 所提出的
LLDP = Link Layer Discovery Protocol 是 IEEE 802.1AB-2005 標準

而目前主流已經是 LLDP 了,提供Router/Switch/Access Point/IP-Phone等設備
的相關信息的傳遞,由於我現在只有 SWITCH 跟 AP ,以後有別的再補吧.

Q:忘了線接那去 ,IP設了什麼了,如何應用在有網管功能的Switch裡查詢相臨的
設備接線位置相關訊息?

我只是今天沒事做...我有反社會情節....
因為CCNA 是 Cisco 的, CDP 正好是 Cisco 協定
一般預設正常應該是關掉的..
正常是只要開Core 的 All , Edge 的Uplink 就好,剛好我的環境都不會再有別人接.
接了也上不來,我的 manager VLAN 不在 VLAN 1 摟

而現在的設備我都開 LLDP 了這是標準,可以用在混合的網路環境.
