請問一個題目如下:

(A) has expected (B) expected (C) expect (D) Both A and B are correct.
(B) 一定可以，但我想知道 (A) 可不可以呢?
因為 "sb has/have expected" 是 okay 的，例如: "Should I have expected this?"
但書上說 (A) 不行，解釋是 ...
