"Karayoshi" is a restaurant specializing in fried chicken newly created by the "Skylark Group" that operates Gust, Jonathan, Bamiyan, etc. In 2017, the first store opened in Saitama. There are 90 favorite stores, but it seems that the total number of stores will exceed 600! I was able to take out with gust this time as well. Karaage is a cooking method that has been popular in Japan for a long time, as there is a theory that it was made from the Edo period. 【Wekerle estate 韋克勒區域】

布達佩斯是一個很美的城市
很多區塊的特色不同
大布達佩斯有23個區塊
我想我今天來到的是最美的一塊
從地圖上你搜尋這個區域
你就會發現這是一個特別規劃過的區域
非常有條理的矩形社區

19世紀
布達佩斯已經達到了一個飽和的狀態
所以開始準備擴展成大布達佩斯
當然的建築商多半為了解決人口居住問題
都在狹窄的道路上 建造密集的多層公寓房
但從郊區搬過來的新居民
實在不適應沒有綠化的城市

所以有一些建築師就開始推廣
「花園城市計畫」
主要的中央廣場
對於“為社區建設”的概念非常重要
因此由當時的明星建築師KárolyKós贏得
他使用放射狀的街道佈局設計了該佈置
並設計了一個帶有商標的木質大門

更多設計師提交了房屋計劃案
一到二層、雙套房到十二套房之類的建築
所有設計均遵循KárolyKós
建立的“特蘭西瓦尼亞風格”
包括高屋頂和大量使用木結構
所有房屋均提供寬敞的花園，
街道佈局是舒適，綠樹成蔭的大道
初期就種了五萬顆樹🌲
而且該社區擁有完善的園藝服務
還協助居民種植果樹在自家花園

當時的總理SándorWekerle非常支持
所以這個區域最後就以此命名
區域的核心廣場 就以主要設計師
Károly Kós卡羅利·科斯

KósKároly廣場上一棟建築物的外觀
被用作匈牙利流行的每日肥皂劇《Barátokközt》
所以匈牙利人非常熟悉 😂

非常感謝我的匈牙利朋友
帶我來這個區域
我從來沒想過會有那麼美麗的社區
隱藏在大城市布達佩斯裡面
鬧中取靜的住宅區 擁有所有的生活機能
警察局、學校、商店、就只差沒醫院
重點是這些百年老房子
居然還可以被保持的那麼完整.太完美了
