🔺𝙄𝙉𝙂𝙍𝙀𝘿𝙄𝙀𝙉𝙏𝙎🔺
Beef brisket x 800g
Garlic x 1 whole (peeled and crushed)
Onion x 1 (chopped)
Carrot x 2 (cut to small pieces)
Tomato paste x 2 Tbsp
Brown Mushroom x 5 (medium size)
Thyme x 1 tsp
Rosemary x 1 tsp
Bay leaf x 3
Paprika x 1 tsp
Flour x 2 Tbsp
Red wine x 500 ml
Beef stock x 300 ml
Butter and oil
🔸𝘿𝙄𝙍𝙀𝘾𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉𝙎🔸
◾️Cut the beef into big pieces, marinate with salt n pepper
◾️Heat the pot with butter and oil, pan fry the beef till it’s golden
◾️Take it out and set aside (don’t wash the pot, what is left at the bottom is the essence)
◾️Heat the pot with oil. fry the onion and garlic till they are soft
◾️Add in the mushroom with flour (to thicken the stock), put in other veggie, fry them for a bit
◾️Add in the beef, paprika (gives the color), wine, stock, tomato paste and the spices
◾️Add salt and pepper (to taste)
◾️Bring it to boil and cook for 10m (let the wine evaporate a bit) cover it and cook for 1h (pressure cooker @wmf : 30m)

🔺材料🔺
牛腩 x 800 g
蒜頭 x 一整個 (去皮壓扁)
洋蔥 x 1 (切碎)
紅蘿蔔 x 2 (切小件)
番茄膏 x 2 Tbsp
蘑菇 x 5 (中型)
百里香 x 1 tsp
迷迭香 x 1 tsp
月桂葉 x 3 片
紅椒粉 x 1 tsp
麵粉 x 2 Tbsp
紅酒 x 500 ml
牛高湯 x 300 ml
牛油

🔸做法🔸
◾️牛腩切大件 用胡椒 鹽 醃一會
◾️煲中放油 牛油 先把牛炒至表面金黃色 取出待用 (不要洗煲 煲底中的焦黃色是精華)
◾️再於煲中炒香洋蔥 蒜頭 直至變軟
◾️加入蘑菇及麵粉(能令湯更厚身) 放入其他蔬菜 炒至軟身
◾️加入牛腩 紅椒粉(上色) 酒 高湯 蕃茄膏和香料
◾️加鹽 胡椒
◾️煲滾先煮10分鐘 讓酒精蒸發
◾️蓋上蓋煮1小時 (壓力煲: 30分鐘)
