姚若龍的歌詞，一直賦予張韶涵清楚的溫暖形象，『愛旅行的人』充滿了創作大師的鮮明風格，也依照張韶涵的個性量身譜寫，歌詞中清楚盡現張韶涵獨特的率性與灑脫，藉由這首歌告訴大家，人生的道路上會經歷著不同的旅行，沿途充滿了冒險和挑戰，只有經歷那些過程才會讓一個人成長，內心才會變得強大，更加堅強；而旅行的終點並非結束，是自己對自己的認可。
