感冒流感調護有法
流感肆虐期間,假如發現自己有發燒、咳嗽、流鼻水、喉嚨痛、疲倦、頭痛、肌肉痛、嘔吐或腹瀉等初起症狀,就要立即就醫。若不幸患上流感,應停止上班或上學,留在家中休息,直至痊癒為止,以免傳染別人。患流感期間最重要是多休息及戒口,有些人會給患者飲補湯、雞湯,但其實患病期間進補猶如抱薪救火,反而會令病情每況愈下,所以飲食更適宜清淡,適度保暖及保持室內空氣流通,就有助痊癒。
飲食調護篇:
- 進食易於消化、清淡而富營養的食物,如白粥、蒸肉餅及清菜等
- 多喝溫水及米水,也可適量飲用檸檬水
- 不能進補,避免進食雞、人參、黨參等溫補食物
- 避免進食生冷食物
- 避免進食煎炸、油膩、加工食物等重口味食物
- 風寒感冒者不宜進食橙、香蕉、梨、馬蹄、海產等寒涼食物
- 風熱感冒者不宜進食桃、生薑、紅棗等性熱上火食物
- 風濕感冒者不宜進食雪耳、牛奶、花膠等滋膩食物
生活調理篇:
- 多休息,注意保暖,但也不宜穿過厚的衣服以致出汗
- 室內保持空氣流通,但身體不可直接吹風
- 身體出汗後應及時更換乾爽衣物
Take care of your body when you have a flu
During this flu season, if you find yourself with a fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, fatigue, headache, muscle ache, vomiting or diarrhea, you should see a doctor immediately. If you catch the influenza, you should quarantine yourself, avoid school and work, stay home and rest until you are better to avoid spreading the flu. When you have the flu, it is important to rest and eat properly. Some people may make chicken soup or tonic soup for those who are sick, but this will achieve the opposite result. Keep a light diet, keep warm appropriately, ensure air is circulating when indoors to help with recovery from influenza.
Influenza care from diet perspective:
- eat things that are nutritious yet easy to digest such as plain congee, steamed pork cake and vegetables. - Drink warm water and rice water frequently. You can also try lemon water.
- Avoid tonic food, avoid chicken, ginseng, codonopsis root type of warm tonic ingredients. - Avoid cold and raw foods
- Avoid oily and fried food, or things with additives and heavy flavoured
- Those with cold-wind type of flu should avoid oranges, bananas, pears, water chestnuts, and seafood that are cold in nature. - Those with hot-wind type of flu should avoid hot natured food such as peach, ginger, Chinese dates
- Those with damp-wind tpe of flu should avoid fatty ingredients such as snow fungus, milk, and fish maw.
Influenza care from lifestyle perspective:
- Rest and keep warm, but don’t wear so many layers that you begin to sweat (To be con’t)

💚我喜歡的健康早餐內容
During this difficult time, having a strong immune system is more important than ever, so, I always make sure I have all the essential nutrients for each meal. Here is an example what I eat for breakfast to ensure I am getting all of them. 💚
Total calories: 350 kcal
Protein: egg, greek style yogurt (low-fat), hempseeds
Fat: 1/4 avocado, natural nuts spread, unsweetened almond milk
fibre & macros : lettuce, cherry tomatos, 1/2 apple & blueberries
carbs: Rye sourdough 1 slice (46g)
這段抗疫期間,不斷地聽到醫生、營養師、媒體或社交網站對大家溫馨喊話,要吃的健康、營養,把各大營養素都吃到喔!但到底要吃什麼才能吃到各大身體必須的營養素呢?
首先各大營養素就是 蛋白質、脂肪、碳水(澱粉)及纖維。
來~ 我分享今天早餐給大家一點方向:
總熱量: 350 大卡
💚1/4 顆酪梨、1顆水波蛋、黑麥(酸)麵包1 片
💚希臘(低脂)優格、藍莓、蘋果半顆、大麻籽(hempseeds)半茶匙
💚生菜沙拉:生菜葉、小番茄(我沒有加醬、只有撒了點海鹽和黑胡椒,配酪梨、蛋吃,味道就棒喔)
💚黑咖啡+無糖杏仁奶
以上食物所含的營養素如下:
蛋白質:蛋、希臘原味(低脂)優格、大麻籽
脂肪:酪梨、原味無添加天然堅果醬、無糖杏仁奶
纖維:生菜、小番茄、蘋果、藍莓
澱粉:黑麥(酸)麵包
如果你無法自行做,而是在外面早餐店吃的話,我會點:
🥪西式:
全麥吐司、蛋、生菜葉 (不加醬),用黑胡椒和鹽巴調味就好了。
飲料:無糖豆漿 或是不加糖拿鐵 (注意:牛奶也是有乳糖的,所以不要再加糖)
🍚中式:
全麥饅頭+蛋+生菜葉 (不要加醬或是肉鬆,它們都是加工品!!!)
飲料:無糖豆漿 或是不加糖拿鐵
但這樣吃你可能不會飽太久,建議再加下列這幾樣:
🥬纖維及維生素:便利商店的生菜沙拉(不加醬) , 一小份(低)糖分水果,,如芭樂、蘋果、莓果類(如:藍莓、桑椹、紅莓、草莓),量約一個手掌大就好了,切記,水果吃太多會肥!如果你早餐已經吃了一份主食了,水果這時就不要選香蕉,因為含太多澱粉和糖份,若再吃一根會熱量爆表。
🥜脂肪: 5~8顆原味堅果,如 杏仁、核桃,不要選腰果和夏威夷果,它們太肥了!堅果不要吃太多,它們是隱形的熱量爆表殺手!!!
🥚蛋白質: 一小盒原味優格
以上這幾樣加在一起,就是好吃的水果堅果優格了喔。不想吃堅果的,也可以加原味(無添加)杏仁醬或花生醬,但切記,只能一茶匙喔,不然,會肥!🙅🏻♀️

Every mother knows how physically and mentally challenging pregnancy is, and it is even more so when it comes to delivery. That is why choosing a professional and reputable postpartum center is so important because every mother deserves a little pampering.
I would love to recommend SHINE postpartum center in Neihu to you because my experience with SHINE totally exceeded my expectation. The nurses are very professional, caring and knowledgable; pediatric and gynecology doctors visiting twice a week ensure mothers and babies' wellbeing; staffs in SHINE are very friendly and helpful; specially designed meals for postpartum moms are surprisingly delicious. The one month we spent with SHINE was very relaxing and relieving. Pregnancy could be exhausting, really I believe every woman deserves a break after giving birth.
