傅爾布萊特計畫(the Fulbright Program)係由美國國務院與外國政府共同推動之學術與文化交流計畫，目的在透過人員、知識和技術的交流，促進美國和世界各地人民的相互了解。在台灣，此一計畫由學術交流基金會執行，透過雙方教授、研究員、學生及專業人士的教育交流，促進我國與美國人民的相互瞭解及彼此合作。將近六十多年來，台灣有許多領袖菁英，其中包括部會首長、大學校長、教授、藝術家和社運人士，都曾參與此一計畫，共獎助大約1,300位美國人士到台灣講學、研究或進修，同時也獎助1,600位左右台灣的學者、學生、研究員及專業人士到美國攻讀學位，研究或實習。

Job Description:
The Foundation for Scholarly Exchange (Fulbright Taiwan) is one of the 50+ bi-national/bilateral organizations in the world established specifically to administer the Fulbright educational exchange program outside the U.S. Over the past 60 years, the Foundation has financed over 1,600 Taiwan Fulbright grantees to the U.S. and more than 1,300 U.S. Fulbright grantees coming to Taiwan.

What you will do:
1. Preparation of
- Selection meetings
- Grantees’ visa work
- Grantees’ events
2. Support Grantees’ life in the U.S. and Taiwan

2. Understanding more interesting things in academic areas and education fields
