Monday - There is nothing that a cocktail that cannot fix. I remember how I was impressed with the whiskey room as well as the cheesecake from @manhattan_sg when I first visited it years ago. Fast forwarded, Manhattan has been on the top 10 of #asiabest50bars for a couple of years and my recent visit was nothing less than the cocktails being fabulous, awesome service and delicious bar bites. Among them, I have particularly like G.O.A.T and 3000. 3000 is a warm cocktail with rum, chocolate, vanilla cream and strawberry dust while G.O.A.T has amaretto, enchants pisco, ship koji, pandan, egg white, lemon and bitters which made it very aromatic yet packed with a punch. For those who like something strong with champagne, beware of Lady of Song, which is concocted with Monkey 47 Gin, Violet Liqueur, Orange and Chamomile Oleo Saccharum, bubbly and is a silent killer which one might get high before you know it.
