Without you, I would be abalonely... 👫 • Abalone fans, this is for you! 🥳 K11 Musea has recently welcomed REIGN The Abalone House! Their pride and joy is the South African abalone which will be used in a majority of their dishes. 🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦 Some of my favourites include the pasta, lobster consommé, and chocolate gelato! The pasta was delicious, and you can tell they put a lot of love and care curating this dish. 😍🤎 The abalone did not emit a fishy smell that most seafood embody. Instead, it served as tool to include more bite and texture to the overall dish! 👍🏻 Moreover, the chilli oil dolloped on top elevated the pasta further. A firm favourite among my friend and I was the lobster consommé. 🦞🦞🦞 The savoury aroma crept up our noses the moment it was placed in front of us. In addition, our tastebuds were in for a treat when they sampled the pungent lobster flavour. 😋 A very delicate dish that was well executed! To finish the meal, the perfect chocolate gelato had us melting to the floor. 🍫🍦 It was amazing on its own, although I do appreciate the abundance of toppings! The chocolate gelato was oh-so chocolatey - sooo good to the point that we were licking every corner of the bowl! 😛😛😛 To sum up, it was a wonderful experience at REIGN The Abalone House.
