我來台灣之前認為中藥只是一種民俗療法，但是經過幾個月的研究和體驗我發現了中藥確實有神奇的療法！為了幫助各國人多瞭解中藥到底是什麼，我跟兩位中醫師討教：中國醫藥大學附設醫院的顏宏融醫師，以及美國中醫師 Greg，瞭解中藥運作的原理和如何正確使用！When I first came to Taiwan I thought Chinese Medicine was a superstition, but after months of studying it I have found out it really an effective way to help our bodies! In order to better help the world understand more about Chinese Medicine I met with two renowned Chinese Medical practitioners, Dr. Yan and Greg, and discussed what Chinese Medicine is and how to use them correctly.

土管を解体する前にもうちょっと有効活用したい！　と思ったら土管に詰まって出られなくなったまる。今までの穴よりは大きいので、たぶん土管の高さによって中でつま先立ちになっているためと思われる。
I wanted to make more effective use of the pipe before dismantling it! Although the hole was larger than usual, Maru could not get out of the pipe.
Because of the height of the pipe, he is probably standing on tiptoe in it.

【豚しゃぶキムチ】
今日は、電子レンジでチンだけでできてお酒がめっちゃ進む『豚しゃぶキムチ』を作りました！豚バラをレンジでチンして火を通し、軽く冷まして出てきた脂を取り除いたらその他の材料と和えるだけ！めっちゃ簡単なのに、この味付けたまりません。
夏にぴったりで豚キムチでガッツリだけどお酢が効いていてとても食べやすくあとをひく美味しさです。ぜひぜひお試しください！！

〈材料〉１人分
豚バラ肉 100g
キムチ 40g
青ねぎ ２本
めんつゆ(4倍濃縮) 小さじ1
酢 小さじ1
砂糖 小さじ1/2
ごま油 小さじ1/2

【pork shabu-shabu kimchi】
Today, I made "pork shabu-shabu kimchi" which is made only with chin in the microwave and makes a lot of sake! Microwave the pork roses, cook them, cool them lightly to remove the fat, and mix them with the other ingredients! It's so easy, but this seasoning is irresistible.
It's perfect for summer and it's pork kimchi, but it's vinegar is effective and it's very easy to eat and it's delicious. Please try it! !!

〈INGREDIENT〉for1
Pork belly 100g
Kimchi 40g
2 green onions
Mentsuyu (4 times concentrated) 1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
