［星期五講歷史］大約100年前，人類第一次發現”輻射”. 好快先進的高科技就應用喺各式各樣嘅產品, 例如輻射牙膏、輻射健康水、輻射茶葉、輻射香口膠、輻射香煙， 當時相信不但可以增進健康，殺菌，甚至可以加強香煙嘅香味同埋減低香煙嘅毒性。

有一個好出名嘅例子，就係一位美國哥爾夫球冠軍叫做Eben Byers, 高大有型, 1927一次喺火車上邊碌落床嘅意外受傷, 醫生就用咗當時最先進嘅高科技叫佢日日飲 Radithor止痛治病, 其實就係Radium溶咗喺水的高能量飲品，可以叫做鐳水。 好貴㗎，根據記錄佢最後飲咗1400支。 後來當然係重病成口啲牙甩晒頭骨都穿窿51歲死咗。

當時全世界嘅衛生當局都唔知道輻射對人體有害，曾經有監管機構檢控輻射產品，因為佢哋裏面嘅輻射含量並冇廣告上邊講到咁多（類似商品說明條例）。

發明頭先嗰支Raithor嗰個人去到1949年Cancer死之前都唔承認飲品係有害。 死咗之後20年科學家解剖佢嘅屍體，發現屍體仲係熱嘅因為體內仲有大量放射性物質正在核反應。

I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.

デッドリフトの動きが多いです。

最初は慣れるまで難しいかもしれませんが、慣れたらモモ裏伸びてる～

いま34歳なんですけど、若々しくいるためにも筋トレおすすめします。
筋肉が付いたらハリが出るし、筋トレで成長ホルモン出るから若返ります。
高い美容液とか高い基礎化粧品は使わなくても綺麗になります。
私は20代後半のほうが肌汚かったです。
自己主張が強い毛穴たちもいましたし。
食事と運動をずっと何年も積み重ねたら、お肌は変わりました！
主に魚を食べるようになったことも大きいと思います！

年齢重ねると、食べないで体重を減らすとやつれたように見えてしまいます。
肌や髪、爪も元気がなくなってしまいます。
だから栄養を摂りながら絞っていくのが理想です！
