六招緩解飛機耳仔痛
乘坐飛機起飛和降落時的氣壓轉變，很容易令耳朵不適，例如耳痛、耳塞等，因為人體耳朵有平衡耳內同耳外氣壓的功能，當飛機升降時氣壓急速改變，我們內耳平衡氣壓的速度不夠快，耳鼓未能好好震動，就會感到耳朵痛。除了乘坐飛機，乘搭電梯移動樓層較多都可能出現此情況。想即時紓緩耳朵不適，可以進行吸啜或吞食動作，讓耳內外氣壓加快平衡；薄荷成份的食物亦有助紓緩耳痛，例如薄荷糖、香口膠等，所以上機前就要有所準備。

飛機升降時做以下動作緩減耳痛：
1. 升降時雙手掩耳並張開口
2. 打呵欠
3. 吞口水
4. 飲水
5. 食香口膠
6. 合上嘴巴，捏住鼻子，然後輕輕用鼻呼氣

Six ways to pop your ears on airplane

汲取 Insect Warfare 與 Magrudergrind 的美式現代感輾核路線，同時加上團徽直接靈感 Bathtub Shiiter 韻律十足的金屬化聲響，這張混合高速與強烈節奏跳動感的作品瞬即虜獲超級大廠 Earache Records 的心，2011年他們順利在耳痛旗下推出 Dirge 這張讓他們成為亞洲最知名輾核大團，且直接榮升世界知名樂團的作品，整張基本維持第一張那種龐克與金屬疊合且相當現代感的輾核風格，但更高速、更技術化，其中吉他riff、鼓點與高低怒號交織出短瞬卻複雜的壓迫聲網，個人覺得是他們最好的一張專輯。

那些年 Wormrot 已經從一個默默無聞的新加坡小團瞬間成為家喻戶曉的大音樂祭常客，隨後卻因為元老鼓手的離團而沈潛一段時日，在2015年找到新鼓手後，馬上於 2016年推出了最新作品 Voices，這張的歌曲長度普遍變長，旋律與不和諧音程的應用在裏頭成為了主角，整體可說是偏離了上一張專輯的風格，但就技術面與知名度來說他們依舊站穩了世界大團的地位。
