因為藥物，所以我不能開車的，住在台北交通又很方便，所以我只會騎腳踏車，我沒有任何駕照。所以我坐過很多人的車，我對車上聽的歌曲還蠻敏感的（不是開車的人是有甚麼資格囉嗦啊）不過開車的人不知道為什麼大家都還蠻尊重我的意見，大部分都會問我要放甚麼好，如果想放甚麼，也會問一句「聽這個好嗎？」。那就 ANTHRAX 催油門下去啦！這首〈FUELED〉是我非常喜歡的 ANTHRAX 歌曲，1995 年發行，收錄在《Stomp 442》專輯裡。MV 一直讓我想到 昆汀 Quentin Tarantino 的《Death Proof》，MV 是一個車子在到處恐嚇人的故事，大家看到那台車就怕。金屬魂笨笨呆呆的最可愛，ANTHRAX 是我最喜歡的金屬團！如果車上沒有 ANTHRAX 我會選 Motörhead（有夠囉嗦，又不是妳開車）

這題實在他媽太難選，我隨便都可以列一個吧台，得獎的是野獸男孩。從小就要吃藥的我對於藥學還蠻有研究的，但對嗑藥就沒那麼專業了，酒精還可以考個碩士。Brass Monkey 就是跟名字一樣，是黃銅色的雞尾酒，像柳橙汁一樣，其實喝起來也是有一點點苦味的柳橙汁。Brass Monkey簡單的調法是：1 1/2 oz Rum + 1 1/2 oz Vodka + 3 oz Orange Juice 冰杯、build，完成。可以無心插柳一片（成語不是這樣用）

今天、明天，都打算用日劇主題曲來帶過，2005年「電車男」的主題曲「世界把這東西叫做愛情啦！」所有熱血的歌都很容易可以讓人快樂啊，這首歌熱血到有點把電車男幹掉了，偉哉 Sambomaster！組成經歷是在大學音樂社認識、隨便取團名、高原寺 DEBUT，日本熱血組團故事款式。主唱山口隆明明才44歲，2005當年才29歲，就長一副大叔樣，先老著放款式；冷知識：法學院畢業。法學院畢業的人做的歌詞：「假如昨天的你是假的，那就把昨天的一切拋棄就好，過著新生活的我們，已經是全新的我們了，我們的心因為些甚麼而契合著，世界把這東西叫做愛情啦！」唱到「說著感傷的言詞」之後竟然「Oh yeah」了一句才接「是不能改變任何事情的啊！」無法無天，意味不明，愛と平和！

切ない名曲。1993年的日劇「高教教師」主題曲，對於當年才八歲的我來說，根本就是超級崩潰的悲劇初體驗，這個悲劇強大到至今仍舊難以超越。八歲我就知道，如果有個人要跟你去殉情，那麼這輩子也就值得了，一般人大概無法享有那種等級的愛。太宰治：「有人叫我嗎？」沒叫你，你殉情對象太多。一起去死並不是甚麼負面的事情，反倒是因為太想一起活著了，但活著這件事情太難了，但甚麼都比不上想在一起的心情，所以只要能在一起，去哪都好，去死也沒有關係，至少是一起的。這首歌詞裡面有出現「Charlie Parker」是我喜歡的地方，其實歌詞本身比較是普通的失戀款式，高教教師為這首歌加了非常非常非常多分數。「春のこもれ陽の中で、君のやさしさにうもれていたぼくは、弱虫だったんだヨネ。」能夠承認自己懦弱部分的人其實心臟很強吧？不過森田童子在 2018 年因為心臟衰竭過世。

Cake 這張《Comfort Eagle》應該算是一直重播都聽不膩的一張專輯，2001 年發行。一開始是在 Channel V 還是 MTV 看到音樂錄影帶，MV 訪問了很多路人，給他們聽〈Short Skirt Long Jacket〉這首歌，大家的反應很可愛。因為歌詞很有趣，所以大家一邊聽會一邊講自己的意見。這首歌本來就很淘氣「我想要一個擁有鑽石般的心靈的女孩」「她的雙眼要像菸草一樣燃燒」「我想要一個早起的女孩，我想要一個晚睡的女孩」（你是怎樣？人家不用睡覺是不是）「她的手指甲要像正義般閃耀」當然重點是這句：「我想要一個穿著短裙配長夾克的女孩」要求很多捏。這張專輯中我也非常喜歡〈Pretty Pink Ribbon〉這首歌。Cake 的 BASS 都超好聽的。平常整理房間或者要做點別的事情的時候，我常常會拿出這張專輯重複播放當背景音樂。

倒背如流，滾瓜爛熟，我的九零年代牛奶之一。Spice Girls 是當年 Take That（拿那個合唱團，笑笑笑）的經紀人因為 Take That 要散了，想要再搞一個大事，結果還真的做了一個大事。〈Wannabe〉這首歌來自 1996年發行《SPICE》專輯。每首歌都很強。現在回想起來，SPICE GIRLS 根本才出三張專輯而已，全部都在千禧年前，但是版權費應該已經可以養到孫子了。在英國排行榜還跟 The Beatles 的紀錄平起平坐。九零年代流行文化沒有她們的話地圖會少一個很大的板塊看起來不對。當然這題也很難，我還有不能輸給Spice Girls 的答案：當然是日本「小室家族」啊！1994年 TRF〈BOY MEETS GIRL〉、1995年安室奈美惠〈Body Feels EXIT〉、〈Chase the Chance〉小室哲哉雖然後來壞掉，但是九零年代沒有他也不是九零年代，我的這個挑戰名單不會沒他的事。啊，我隨便就可以來一段完整的〈Wannabe〉RAP。

北歐地帶（主要是冰島），有一種特有文類叫薩迦，它的起始不僅是文學性的，更和天候及地理條件有關

當地的冬季漫長，每天日照極短，甚至可能全是黑夜，為了打發那荒寂的冬季，人們聚集在室內，由耆老講述著一代一代留傳下來的英雄故事與聖徒傳說，時常會搭配樂器演奏

薩迦，常以散文的方式呈現，且富含浪漫色彩

今日同樣是個陰雨綿綿而且日照不長的冬日，聽著這首All My Friends，我想起薩迦，而LCD Soundsystem的主唱James Murphy便是那位耆老，也是這首歌的第一人稱敘事者

All My Friends整首歌詞極長（我等等全部貼在下面），說的是一則很像在新年夜（也就是兩晚之前）發生的故事

一群朋友開了一場派對，酒喝開了，藥用完了，他們盡力想把這場重要的派對辦好辦滿，但隨著派對進行，眾人卻不斷想著「過去的」那些派對——即他們年輕時的聚會

他們假裝還是很嗨，假裝自己（以及對面的朋友）仍是年輕時的狀態，但每個人的生命早已往不同的方向岔開，曾經的化學效應變淡了，也許，那就是中年

這40歲的40首歌系列，轉眼進行到一半，想想，我不也是一個在說故事的人？

今年是我從紐約回台灣後，十多年來第一次自己跨年，就待在家裡，哪也沒去

12:01分，我到天台看了一眼101煙火，發現，那跟過去十多年的煙火也沒有不一樣啊，而很快地，雨就把我趕回室內

那一刻，我覺得自己長大了，不需要再把自己偽裝在熱鬧裡。我在房裡播起這首All My Friends，很大聲的，是我2019年聽的第一首歌

就在煙火熄滅的同時，一個聲音問我：Where are your friends tonight?
