    This may not be the most articulate and most prepared aLIVE at Home I've done, probably due to me being half drugged and I am ill no thanks to dehydration which has cause mastitis. But I wanted to get this done to ensure all nursing moms are well hydrated. bahaya oh!

    Please remember to drink LOTS of water! A friend told me about how she hyperhydrate herself in this "10 day Natural Thirst Programme".

    Masuk hari ni, hampir setiap minggu ada sahaja kes budak yang dimasukkan ke Dewan Bedah disebabkan karies gigi.

    Kasihan sungguh kanak kanak sebegini. Seawal usia 3 tahun perlu dibius dan menjalani pembedahan besar serta pembersihan nanah dan mulut serta cabut gigi sehingga berbelas batang.

    Karies gigi ini lah menjadi punca berumahnya bakteria sehingga menjadi nanah yang menjadikan muka mereka bengkak.

    Tolong ye parents semua.

    Jaga kebersihan mulut dan gigi. Kurangkan manis- manis dan tidur dengan botol susu.

    Paling penting sila berus gigi anak anda. Mereka kecil lagi. Tak boleh biar ikut suka hati mereka nak berus atau tidak. Tangkap dan berus gigi mereka. Mula mula mereka marah, lama lama mereka okay sahaja.

    Kalau dah jadi macam ni, anak nak makan pun tak boleh. Sakit , menderita, demam, kebuluran dan kurus kering. Seluruh yang rosak perlu dicabut.

    Bayangkan anak sekecil 3 tahun habis tak bergigi. Bagaimana nak makan sementara nak tunggu umur 6 tahun untuk gigi kekal mula tumbuh? Nak kunyah macam mana?

    Kasihanlah anak itu.

    Untuk ibu bapa yang dah tersedar dari lamunan, sila bawa anak anda berjumpa doktor gigi. InshaAllah doktor gigi boleh bantu anak anda. Tahan sahajalah telinga dengar leteran doktor bagi nasihat.

    TIPS BUAT SUAMI UNTUK MEMBANTU ISTERI KETIKA BERSALIN.

    Waktu isteri dilanda sakit kontraksi yang sangat dasyat.. isteri dah tak ingat apa-apa dah selain menahan sakit. Dalam kepalanya hanya fikir nak bersalin dengan mudah dan cepat.

    Tugas suami adalah bantu dia mengingat apa yang dia terlupa. Paling penting, isteri tidak ketakutan melawan kesakitan itu berseorangan.

    Dengan adannya suami, sekurang-kurangnya dia merasa lega suami ada bersamanya.

    Percayalah..ianya bukan mudah diharungi oleh isteri yang melahirkan anak.

    Sakit macamana sekali pun dia tetap kuat demi anak yang dia sayang dan tunggu selama 9bulan10hari

    Tak kisahlah diseluk, dicucuk, digunting, dibius, dibelah mahupun dijahit sekali pun.. dia tetap tabah dan happy melaluinya.
