昨天從綠島回台北，已經想念這個島嶼。海裡這麼美，每天潛水真的不想回到陸地上來😅
喜歡潛水的人一定要去那邊，海水能見度很高，還可以看到海龜和很多漂亮的珊瑚和海底生物！希望可以很快回去！🐠🇹🇼💙

Just came back from Green Island, south of Taiwan. A three days trip to get my AOW certificate and do some free dives. I heard a lot about that place but I was still surprised by the beauty and clarity of the water and the seabed diversity. Cant wait to plan another trip there!

終於完成了來澳洲的第5個夢想,來到大堡礁潛水!
國高中時在生物課本上,地理課本上看到的照片,現在終於親自見證了!
這大概是最近最能讓我感動到流淚的景色了
當直升機升空,往下看到一望無際的珊瑚礁群時
淚水真的都要奪眶而出,地球上怎麼會有這麼美的景象呢?
而且這些都是活生生的生物所建構的
大堡礁為世界上最大的珊瑚礁群,從北到南綿延2600公里
幾乎整個澳洲昆士蘭的海岸線都在範圍內
是地球上由生物所建構的最大的物體,從外太空也看得見!
大堡礁就如同海底的雨林一般,孕育無數的生命,生物多樣性豐富
甚至有許多瀕危物種及許多只有在大堡礁才看得到的特有種
但是因為氣候變遷,環境汙染,過度捕撈等等因素正在威脅著大堡礁的生態系統
這麼美麗壯觀且獨特的生態系統,真的很希望能夠一直延續下去啊!

Finally fulfill my 5th dream in Australia ─ go snorkeling and scuba diving at the Great Barrier Reef.

The Great Barrier Reef is the world's largest coral reef system, one of the most magnificent place on the Earth. The Great Barrier Reef can even be seen from outer space and is the world's biggest single structure made by living organisms.
The Great Barrier Reef is like a rain forest under water, supports a diversity of life, including many vulnerable or endangered species, and some of these species are endemic species in great barrier reef, but now is threaten by many different environmental threats, such as: climate change, pollution, over fishing, shipping, etc.
Losing such a beautiful ecosystem is a very sad thing, hope we can all do an effort to protect this spectacular and unique system from the Earth.
