    No one ever told me these were English words. I've been using these "Cantonese terms" without ever realizing its English origin--or should I say, the distorted version of English, yet totally owned it.

    也許我們已經習慣古靈精怪的廣東話了，已經不過問詞語的起源。原來，我們說的一些字是英文，卻把它們改成似模似樣的中文，連媽媽都不曉得。
