DISHEARTENED
Finally, the pandemic & lockdown has dawn on me that my country is in a very sad stage. Light at the end of the tunnel? Where is the end of the tunnel?

In the past 3 days, #Covid19 positive cases has gone from 9k+ a day, surpassed 10k mark to 11k & yesterday was at 13,215 cases. The once back door government did a fantastic job in controlling the cases last year. Now, their greed for power individually has taken priority & the job to govern the country is what we r seeing now. In a sad stage. At least the person who governs the vaccination is still holding his fort well. Some comfort there…

For those of u who have been staying home & keeping yourself safe, u did a great job & continue to practice the social distance. Some who may need to be out for work, be vigilant & remember to keep ur mask on. Don’t let your guards down even if u r fully vaccinated. Tell ur parents or elderlies that. We don’t want further mutation of this variant. I look forward to seeing everyone when this is over. I don’t want any of us left out & be defeated by Covid. Stay vigilant & safe ❤️

Hey guys! I know this video isn't relevant to everyone and not the typical comedic skits/vlogs, but I felt like it was something people should learn more about. I'm not an expert, but these were some of the things I picked up during my breastfeeding journey and wanted to share. Sure enough, there are people who went through far worse than I did, but my experience definitely wasn't the best either; which is why I never thought I could persevere this far. Kyzo just turned 4 months old a few days back and he already weighs 8kg! Looking at how strong he's growing only makes me proud and happy. I hope by sharing this, I'm able to encourage those who are currently facing problems with bf-ing, to stay resilient and hang in there!

All in all, breastfeeding does have its never-ending list of benefits which explains why it’s so encouraged, but formula feeding isn’t a bad choice as well. Hence, moms with low supply who need to supplement, or if breastfeeding isn’t something you can commit to, don’t be disheartened or feel guilty! As long as your baby is well-fed, growing healthily and loved by you, that’s all that matters. Breastfeeding isn’t for everyone. Always remember that your own health and well-being is as important as your baby’s.
