JUST RELEASED 2021/07/14:
1. Associate Degree is now listed as Degree
2. If you have a 1yr post-grad certificate or diploma, PLUS a post-sec diploma (at last equiv to 2yr full-time) or a degree that is not older than 5 years before the start of your PGD, then you are now also eligible for OWP. That is, 1yr PGD + 5年新尿袋. And this newly eased restriction also retroactively applies to those who have applied May 17, 2021, AND whose decision has not been made. Do ECA on both programs.
3. Removal of $100 OWP Holder Fee for HKers
4. Clearly indicates that if you choose to enter Canada late in your Approval period, you may NOT have enough time to accumulate your work experience to be eligible for Stream B.
5. Clearly indicates that you need the OWP, eTa, and JOB OFFER, and meet quarantine requirements 6. Note that on 2021.07.13, IRCC also issued an announcement indicating that the exemption letter will override the job offer requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

－Responsible for increasing online sales through connecting with the right audiences, design and execute creative campaigns and continuously improving UI and UX.
－Handle weekly advertising (Digital Marketing) and Commercial strategies
－Lead and plans in brand strategy and providing strategic solutions in fast-paced environment

－Work closely with the creative and production team of 50 people.
－Analyse, design, implement lead generation systems on website

自從公佈我兩年存了六萬鎊的事情之後，有蠻多人私下問我一些找工作的事情，所以要開始這個系列啦，當然就是從我比較熟悉又小有成就的美容相關產業開始囉

先來公佈一下所得水準
美容產業的底薪9～14鎊/ 小時，但是重點是有抽成！通常7-10%都有，每個月3000鎊還是很保守的算法
美甲師和美睫師的薪水應該是全部裡面比較低的，很常徵人但競爭非常激烈，如果你擅長精緻的日式，我建議你自己做工作室就好

進入產業
如果一開始完全不懂這些領域，有2個方法可以幫你
1.上網看抱怨社團，這是最快了解各行業的方法，例如同事小手段、客人很難搞！超多～～
2.超級重要的步驟，先開求職網站看看市場需要！免得你學了一堆買了一堆，結果發現找不到工作創不了業！求職網站也不麻煩，只看當地最大的就可以了

基本要求
所有的正規美容產業，都要求英國當地承認的證照和保險！這和台灣很不一樣吧，因為這邊很多很多過敏，然後因為很多建築和設計都長得很有特色，一不小心被古董樓梯撞掉一顆牙，就可以賠的你一屁股債啊！

保險需要什麼條件呢？就是要證照啦～但也不需要擔心選哪一家，甚至是其他國家的也可以，只要找得到保險公司承認你的證照就沒問題了，我自己選了英國美容領域最大的，就是VTCT協會給的NVQ Diploma，反正，看你的目標是什麼，唯一重點是保險

這邊再補充兩點，VTCT是一個職業培訓組織，裡面包括各行各業，目前光是在英國是有最少2000家認證機構，雖然不是正式degree，但是有給Certificate和Diploma，而NVQ是國家職業認證，二級類似台灣的丙級、三級類似乙級。

創業求職
因為門檻差很多，所以分成兩種講，業餘和職業
第一種，如果原本在台灣就有經驗，只是想要自己設個人工作室，freelancer靠美甲美睫按摩兼差賺點零用錢，那你只拿單科二級 Certificate就好，學費大約150-250鎊，有很多速成班可以上，簡單考試、交作業，美髮的話時間要長一些，之後買個職業保險一年約60-70鎊就可以開工了。

當然你也可以做黑的，都不要弄這些保險證照，但你總會需要打行銷廣告吧，樹大招風，只要一被檢舉就掰掰啦！大家乖一點，做兩個美甲客人就賺回來啦～不要丟亞洲人的臉好嗎？除了個人工作室，你還可以做行動到府服務，現在有很多專門的平台在經營喔！國情不太一樣，英國人很喜歡叫人家來家裡，這些平台也會需要考術科和面試，還有證照審查也是要的，收入會比你自己在家的工作室好蠻多的

職業等級：之前為什麼叫你上網先看職缺，因為要找英國的相關工作，至少要拿到三級Diploma，不然沒有店家看得上你的啦！他也不會問你工作經驗，因為NVQ Diploma取得的過程，就確定你的技術和專業知識都沒問題了，二級加三級專心念差不多6-10個月，費用大約3000-3500鎊，考試總共包含4次術科，4次人體構造、14個單元的線上筆試，另外還有申論作業和的profolio要完成。
如果是要創業，開設一間專業的沙龍，你需要三級的證照和保險向政府登記註冊，也會派人來檢查你的安全衛生是否合格，然後你才能正式合法營業喔

之前大家很好奇，為什麼我不是醫生，可是可以打雷射，這也是我選VTCT的原因，政府和市場都是承認的，而且體系越到後面分工越細，我自己唸的很有成就感，而且工作上又可以相結合，所以一路念Diploma到4級

整個產業氛圍和台灣很不一樣，分工非常精細，學術和技術都有很詳細完整的規範和要求，不再是“不愛唸書的人做的工作”，顧客和技術人員之間沒有上下的關係，反而如果客人過分的要求，技術人員脾氣還比較大呢
